You can not fault the hotel and the staff. Food is good, accommodation is great, location amazing. The only issue that we had this time with the room was the wardrobe it was extremely small. Saying that this has not put us off of returning next year. We have been going to this hotel for the past 6 years. We love it 😍

The Sea Hotel is such a great place for a holiday. Delicious breakfast, amazing drinks! Clean rooms with beautiful sea view from the balcony. But what’s the best about this place is stuff - I am really amazed with the friendly service!

Location of the hotel, helpful staff, cleanliness, we had just a breakfast, and we didn't miss anything. Everything was just perfect 😊

the pool was smaller than i had imagined and very shallow.

Breakfast was comprehensive and good. The staff brought cappuccino or pitchers of coffee on request. The room shower had an overhead rain as well as a handheld spray. The room balcony was spacious and had a great view.

The beds were ordinary and short (I'm 2.02m in height). Worse, for an adults only hotel, it's crazy to have only paired single beds, that split apart at the slightest pressure or movement. Not a good experience for couples. No hotel parking, although it seems most people arrived by bus, and it wasn't too hard to find spaces nearby (late September).

Only the reception staff and the house keeping staff were good but nothing else.

Breakfast not well organised - no glasses for juice & no cereals available. Too many people queuing for hot food etc. Bad mannered Germans pushing their way into the queues. Buffet food utensils just thrown down in amongst the food etc. Worse than a cattle market! Asked for hot water for my very strong half cup of tea & was given it in a glass after having to ask twice for it by which time I had finished my breakfast! Needless to say we did'nt go down for breakfast again. On arrival at 4pm after a very tiring drawn out journey we were told that there wasn't any food available. I ordered a prosecco & I was given a Cava, I asked for water & the glass was both chipped & fractured. I took it back to the bar making a joke about it but the barman didn't utter a word, not even an apology. No comfort in the bar seating area & found both it and the dining room quite dark too. Not encouraging people to sit & relax long. The sun deck area outside is basically a waste of time. - virtually impossible to get a sunbed in the sun as most of it is in the shade round the clock. Disgusting strong stink of sewerage in our bathroom & bedroom most mornings. Although the bedroom is quite spacious the air conditioning is very noisy. Terrible smell every evening coming from the dining room of cooked pork in various forms - could even smell it in the lifts! Poor resort. Small concrete resort giving the feeling of it being run down with many bars/cafes/restaurants closed up and buildings very shoddy. We have been coming to Mallorca for several years staying all over the island in 4 star hotels and this is the most expensive hotel (nearly double the price we've ever paid) with the worst resort and hotel experience!

We got very good room straight to the sea with sunrise in bed. Amazing breakfast with champagne. The hotel is worthy of 5 stars!

The hotel is in a great location, and has an excellent restaurant.

The rooms were on the small side, and the check in and out was extremely slow .

Staying in this hotel is the best thing that happened to me in my life. Everything is great . The room with sea view and hearing the sound of the waves from the room. The cleanliness of the room and the whole hotel. All the hotel staff, whether the reception, restaurant or bar staff, are all very nice. The location of the hotel is fantastic on a long beach pier full of restaurants and shops. The quiet swimming pool is very comfortable. Whatever I describe, I do not find the words that this hotel deserves, even its decor and colors are beautiful and comfortable. The beach is sandy and clean.

really nice front modern and nicely designed beach hotel. great view, very nice beach right at the door step, great breakfast, beautiful bar, great comfortable rooms! the staff was super nice and friendly!

the front desk lady that did the check in to us was very rude with us and also with her own co-workers while doing the check in with us. can picanfort is not great for dinner. need a car to go to alcudia or other surrounding areas for a nice evening out.
