Superb service, very comfortable, clean rooms, excellent food (breakfast and dinner).

The spa wasn't quite what I thought it would be.

Exactly as advertised, relaxed, friendly , excellent restaurant, pool & lounging area, reasonable prices for drinks etc (not inflated hotel prices), easy access to beach, shops etc. So comfortable for the whole week.

Nothing to dislike but a kettle in the room would have been nice (we like an early coffee on the balcony before breakfast) and a small less formal walk away sandwich bar that didn’t shut at 4pm would have been perfect (there is a sitter / casual refreshment / lunch bar )

Very loud, you can hear neighbors talk in the next door room. Worst was the cleaning during siesta, we travelled with a little kid who needed a nap and during nap time from 12-14 the cleaning staff literally moved furniture, banged on the walls, banged doors - a true nightmare! I would not book this hotel again for a relaxing stay.

As usual a relaxed friendly atmosphere for families and adutl groups alike. Our son is now old enough to enjoy the mini disco and shows. Good selection. Food was fab with the odd day of not so good but that is all down to taste. Pool bar was fab as usual. Great latte macciatos and pizza! Great mojitios and sangria in both bars. Most staff were the same as last year and the year before and all the other times we've been (this was our 6th or 7th trip). Just shows how good a place it is. We had friends join us for the day and the evenibg buffet price for non-residents was very good value. The restaurant was also very accommodating with 8 of us in our group.

Beds were a little uncomfortable this time by end of holiday. Think these may need some updating.

Food was excellent, so was spa.

Would have been lovely to have had a proper double bed rather than two singles pushed together but then there wasn't an option for booking one at this particular hotel.

Great location close to the beach, staff were friendly and the facilities were decent. Room was really nice! Rooftop bar was beautiful and the cocktails were cheap but nice. Staff spoke many languages. Lots of great resteraunts and shops nearby.

Rooms could do with an iron rather than having to go to the laundrette area. Not much else wrong though.

Lots of ants comming from the hallway under the door, went straight for the empty soda cans/trash can, abit annoying.

The hotel has an excellent structure, super clean, spectacular breakfast and great location with free parking

The double bed, being separate, is a little uncomfortable, the mattress and pillows are not comfortable either and we could not use the air conditioning, which, despite being on, did not reduce the temperature

The location is very good and convenient for exploring the area. There’s a big choice of food at meal times.

Breakfast commenced at 07.45am which is rather late in my view and meant that my day couldn’t start quite as early as I’d normally expect. The view from my room wasn’t great as I directly overlooked the dining room roof.

Room was clean and with a good view. Breakfast with a great offer, above the average for sure. Facility is amazing, rooftop and a huge garden with pools, and a great spa: love it!

Room not so silent as expected. First dinner at the hotel was excelent, second one not as great as the first one.

SPA and the treatments offered were great! Whole property is spotless but beds are a little hard for me. Food is plentiful, well-presented and varied.

Beds are hard! The kid's pool is quite deep and has a drop-off by the steps, so beware!

We really liked the hotel! Beautiful, clean, friendly staff everywhere, reception, ( especially Liliana🌹😊 ), SPA and restaurant welcomed perfectly! Comfortable beds, a table on the balcony with a pleasant view of the pool. The apartments are also very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are delicious and varied. Thank you very much, we'll be back!

Beautiful property, well equipped for family holidays , very helpful staff, good themed entertainment at the kids club for Easter. good value for the money!

friendly staff, great location

sprawling, not organised. collecting pool towels at the spa completely at other side of the resort is not practical. housekeeping staff repeatedly ignore do-not-disturb signs. rooms are tiny.

Main facilities and food choices

Noisy room! Staff cleaning room next door at 8am scraping furniture. other gusts leaving noisily at 5am.

Their spa is very good, pity I arrived too late to enjoy it more, because they were closing at 19,30, but fortunately I had opportunity to enjoy it at least a bit more then 1 hour. Room I had was very pleasant and comfortable including marble bathroom. Breakfast was very nice and except of salmon, they had all I expected. Staff at the hotel I found very friendly and helpful. Nearby the hotel is space to park your car, in case you need it. Pity I had not more time to spend more nights in this hotel. Unfortunately I had no time to vist their bar too.

The spa area is nice and the staff was very friendly. Parking was available at all times and the rooms were clean and well heated

quality of the breakfast could be improved. The walls are super thin, you could hear the neighbors snoring like they were sleeping right next to you. The bedsheets did not cover the blanket it was just a linen sheet in-between blanket and bed and the bathroom door was just a glass door (no real privacy)
