The breakfast is excellent, is buffet breakfast. Good quality of the food, different kind of food, for all the people and child.

I was in that hotel in August, the room was so good in September (I think it was the new part) because looks more new than my stay now in January. This time the room was cold, the temperature of the heater air you can not control only if on or off and the level of the fun. After one our having on, and with the maximum level of the fun, the room still cold, also I feel the air coming from outside, when the window is close. I went down to make a complaint, and they gave me another room, that sims that the air is hotter and doesn't fell air from outside, but last day the air come again cold. The new room the mattress was old, has deformation. Last but not least, the one on the desk front treated me as stupid, asking me if the windows is closed, or if i turn on the air, when i told here in the beginning that it is closed and turned the air on....

Cheap and large comfortable bed

First room smokey (then changed), local area industrial so cant help having some sporadic airborne (unsavoury) releases. In description it says SPA included, what they mean is the pool - SAUNA and STEAM ROOM are for an extra charge which when we went werent even on, so had to wait for ever and a day to get them up to heat - a dissapointing experience considering we ONLY chose this place for the "free" SPA...

breakfast was sort of ok. staff was busy with each other instead of their guests.

the room had extreme mould problems. i showed pictures to the lady at the desk but she didn’t care. I asked for the manager to call me that day but I never heard back from him. I will place the pictures along with my experience on all portals now.

It is located in the middle of nowhere with no restaurants around. In fact, the restaurant of the hotel is not open so I have to go to other hotel nearby for a dinner

The room was big and spacious including the bathroom. Quiet area as well, the bed was very comfortable.

Not much around but that wasn’t an issue

No bar no evening meal I had to walk on my own to the next hotel very disappointed.

The restaurant and bar were not open during the evening- this was disappointing and should be stated on the booking .com advert, after riding many miles I didn't want to go out again to find somewhere to eat, had this been mentioned in the advertising I could have made an informed decision on wet here to stay!

Very spacious room for 1 person. I had a double bed. Clean enough, the bathroom just had some paper on the floor probs my from the last guests. The breakfast was fresh and plenty food to have. Location was in the industrial area and very easy to incorporate back on the Autovía. Very quiet and lovely hotel

Comfortable beds. Value for money breakfast.

I could not buy a beer in the hotel. I had to go to the local petrol station to get some cold beers. The restaurant was 5 minutes away in a car. I used the local delivery service that the hotel recommends.

Check in was seamless. The Hotel is located a short 2 minute drive from the main A7 road. Its ideal for a quick one night stop over whilst covering long distances - we were driving from Gibraltar to Tarragona and the location of this hotel was convenient as it split a 10 hour drive into two 5hr drives. Rooms were clean. We used the Spa which was small but good. There weren't a lot of guests. If you stay a night here I recommend D'tablas (Tapas Restaurant) in Totana - 6 minutes drive away and ample parking around it. Breakfast was continental and as expected.

I was a bit taken aback when I was told by the Hotel receptionist that parking was 10€ a night when it was clearly advertised in Booking.com as 3€ per night - when I challenged she changed and charged me 3€. If I had not challenged I would have paid 10€. The mattress needs changing - lumpy and uncomfortable. There is nothing much around near the Hotel.
