Great location and breakfast. Very good touches where it really adds to the quality of a guest house such as the carpets, the linens and the towels. Plus having a hairdryer, mini fridge and heater/fan. Great facilities. Maria and team were very friendly and welcoming.

The room is compact however if you're in to only sleep or watch some TV then no problem. A small lamp would be nice as the main light is quite bright & you're facing it from the bed.

Maria is a lovely host. She is really flexible and serves a great breakfast.

Good location just off the esplanade an added bonus was off street parking. Room was at the back so pretty quiet with all the facilities you need. Breakfast was good with the usual B&B choices.

A great stay in an excellent Guest House and, in Maria, it has an exceptional Host for whom nothing was too much trouble. Will, most definitely, use this little gem again.

Everything, Maria was the perfect host, the location is 2 minutes from the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Room was very comfortable and clean, breakfasts were awesome and the landlady Maria is a very nice and funny lady! She even let me store my luggage after I checked out, so that I could enjoy my last day in Weymouth without dragging it around everywhere. I shall definitely return!

Hard to say! Only thing I could possibly comment on was the size of the room.... but it was great for just the 2 of us.

not too much room to move about in one of the bedrooms. however your not in the rooms long enough to be effected by it.

The property was in a good location slightly away from the main sea front which made it a nice quiet location.

The property was exceptionally clean, we had a nice size family room, which catered for all our needs. The breakfast had a good variety of choice & was very nice.

Lovely breakfast and the location was great, possibly could be a bit noisy at the front of the property as the road was busy, but my room was at the back so I didn't have any issues.

Blackout blinds would be ideal as the light is very bright from 5.30am onwards. Perhaps a slightly extended breakfast time, perhaps between 8 and 10 or 8-9.30 rather than 8-9.

A wonderful place to stay! Everything was perfect including the location which was not to far from everything we had pre-booked to see. A great selection for breakfast. Lovely sized double room and a very comfy bed! Fresh bottle of water and nice amount of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room daily. Maria is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Would definately recommend to family and friends.

Maria was the perfect hostess. She made me so welcome and bought soya milk for my breakfast as I’m vegan. The room was the perfect size for just me. I felt like I left as a friend not a guest.

The room was a little hot but I opened the window and that helped.
