Host were excellent, very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. Room was lovely and very clean and had a great view. A superb location. The hosts supplied lots of nice touches which really enhanced the stay.

The Breakfast was not for us. It consisted a pre prepared breakfast chosen by the hosts and served to the room. The quality of the food supplied was excellent and the hosts kindly provided gluten free choices. However we would have much preferred to choose our breakfast so as not to waste food we don’t like, and eat in a dining room.

Loved the location…overlooking the fabulous beach and coastline from the front 3rd floor window and the Wey River from the back windows. The actual room is very well appointed. The breakfast provided by Lisa is wonderful, as well as the other little treats.

Nothing really bothered us…even the stairs and the smaller bed than we are used to.

Fantastic breakfast we loved all the extra little touches like home made jam and marmalade and warm soda bread.

A perfect location with amazing views.

We visited to watch our son run in the Weymouth half marathon - the hotel position over the start/finish line could not have been better. We stayed in room 4 on the apex so had stunning views over both the beach and harbour entrance. The room was large and well furnished and the "in-room Breakfasts" delivered to the door were a revelation! We got parked nearby so the parking permit provided was a very useful. The hosts, Lisa and Keith, were very welcoming, helpful and flexible - and the Vamoos App they provided on the Roundhouse and restaurants, bars and cafes was invaluable.

It was a wonderful breakfast, which was left in a basket outside the door, the food was warm and fresh.

Everything was great from a warm welcome, a lovely room with great views and a delicious breakfast brought to your room. There were lots of little touches,too many to mention but a favourite was a delicious cheesecake which we could help ourselves to when we popped back for a pitstop and also the selection of board games that you could play as you sat and enjoyed the view from your room. There has been a great deal of thought and love put into The Roundhouse and we would highly recommend a stay,you will not be disappointed.

Definitely one of the best B&B's we have stayed in and certainly extremely warm and welcoming. Everything was done in great detail and the little extras, like the homemade trifles we found in the fridge were an indulgent surprise. The bed, bedding, decor and accessories were all quality and cosy. We were excited each morning to see what our breakfast basket contained and completely enjoyed its lovely homemade contents. Such detail in everything! We loved the location, didnt need to use the car as everything was easy to reach on foot.. We were able to watch the fireworks from the comfort of our room and had beatiful views out across the bay and the harbour.Despite the wet and windy November weather we had a perfect break.Thank you for such a memorable stay

What a perfect place to stay. The room had dual aspect with beautiful views across the beach/bay from one bedroom window and the harbour from the windows on the other side. The room was a good size with ensuite bathroom. The hosts Lisa and Keith were very friendly and had placed complimentary drinks in the fridge which was a lovely touch. Gluten free breakfast and vegetarian breakfast were provided for us. You are provided with a car parking permit which can be used for plenty of on street parking around the site. There is a public pay and display car park is adjacent to the site. The Pavillion theatre is opposite. We would definitely recommend a stay here and will come back again.

Lovely double aspect room meant you could look at the beech or the harbor. Breakfast was excellent. Fluffy towels. Brilliant location.

The location was spot on for all the restaurants, boat trips etc. Views are stunning of the beach and harbour. Room was spacious and comfortable and loved the breakfast being brought to your door every morning so you could sit on a little table and look out to the beach and people watch. You had everything you needed hairdryer, straighteners, fan, iron, Toiletries. Will definitely go back.

With out a doubt the best B&B in Weymouth. Keith and Lisa are polite and helpful, best hosts. The rooms decor is to a very high modern standard, with both sea and harbour views. The breakfast basket is great. Delicious variety of homemade foods. Once you have stayed at the Roundhouse you will not want to stay at another B&B.
