No se puede reservar el servicio de traslado por correo. Como no tuve posibilidad de llamarles por teléfono para reservarlo, tuve que viajar desde el aeropuerto en taxi.

Everything was exceptional. We had an upgrade to our room! Was incredibly big and good. With a kitchenette and a super king sized bed. The food was amazing. Highly recommend

Great room, really clean and the staff from the hotel were lovely!

I booked because it included free airport transfers and contacted the hotel twice to get information about the transfers because I needed to book a later flight. No one responded on the booking.com app and when I called, I was promised a call back to no avail. Ultimately I had to book the flight which ended up being after the airport transfers cut off time meaning I had to pay for a taxi. I’d like that taxi fair refunded.

Personeel vriendelijk en capabel. Kamers schoon. Locatie snel en makkelijk via openbaar vervoer bij centrum. Behulpzaam personeel aangaande openbaar vervoer.

Kamer was een beetje verouderd. Afwerking was niet perfect. Daarnaast had ik bij 4 sterren hotel voor die prijs meer verwacht.

The hotel is in a good location.

No cash payment at the bar. No fridge in room. Why do hotels think uht milk is a thing. Breakfast is very basic.

Stanze enormi, moderne e completamente arredate. Pulizia top, spazio per tutti, riscaldamento autonomo a disposizione degli inquilini, macchina per il tè, lavatrice e chi più ne ha più ne metta. La posizione è discreta, a metà tra areoporto e centro di dublino, sono presenti a pochi minuti a piedi varie corse di autobus che circolano comodamente tutto il giorno anche festivi.

I bagni sono comodissimi e spaziosi ma manca una ventola o una finestra per aspirare il calore della doccia, quindi l'aria diventa bollente all'interno dei bagni. Nulla di drammatico, ma è giusto specificarlo.

loved the hotel it really was so lovely, clean, staff nice. we had hot chocolates before bed but that was the only food we bought as was a quick over night before we headed to the airport. used the shuttle bus and it was fantastic.

we had a room that was slightly more on the noisy side due to the weather outside so not the actual hotels fault but would recommend not being on a corner room high up if weather is looking bad during your stay.

Not exactly an ‘airport hotel’. It’s 20 minutes away. Quite expensive for what you get and where you are located. Some finishing issues (shower soaked the washroom), water damage on the bathroom door. No air conditioning

The layout of the apartments was great. everything was modern and clean. great view from the 15th floor.

The apartments were really hot. No AC and the sun beat through glass windows. It felt like it was 90 degrees in our rooms around dinner time. There are screen slits in the windows that let air in so it cooled off at night, but not enough. Our apartment had two rooms but only one fan. We also had no hot water in our apartment for two days. The staff gave us a key to another apartment but it was super inconvenient as it was on a different floor.

Our apartment smelt of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant, also there was no A/C so it was very very hot in the apartment.
