Breakfast is very standard and the same every day, but good enough to satisfy morning hunger.

The location, facilities and value for money were all exceptional 👌

Unfortunately the restaurant did not open for dinner during our stay. However, there were plenty of nearby places to eat. Yet I was unable to order food to be delivered as my UK phone number wasn't accepted. I was charged for the food that I tried to order, even though the order wasn't completed and we never received our food

The property (apart-hotel) is very well located and clean. The rooms are big and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and TV in the living room. Very good food at the restaurant and the staff was super friendly.

Signal of Internet dropped a few times. Soap and shampoo was never re-filled in a eight days staying. It's only small details that can be improved, not affecting much the overall experience. I would definitely return to this property if I ever return to Gran Canaria

The receptionist working at night not using the mask, not very friendly. The breakfast didn’t have to many options and was not the best but acceptable

Property was very quiet, there was a construction site next door but during our stay no one was working so there were no noises. Apartment is furnished well, beds were really nice. Apartment was cleaned every day. Kitchen was adequately stocked.

Bed was made every day but sheets weren’t cleaned regularly. Reception was a bit grumpy sometimes but friendly most of the time. Pool is not heated at all!!

Delicious food with a view on the beach and the mountains. We absolutely loved it !

We stayed for a week and we loved both the apartment and Patalavaca. The apartment is a good size, we could see the sunset from the balcony. Small shop at the reception and an evening restaurant on site. Patalavaca beach is a short walk downhill from the place and you can also do a longer walk to the busy Playa Anfi del Mar. Overall, we loved our stay, apart from the interaction with the receptionist.

I wrote at the time of booking that we will arrive a little early and also sent another message on Booking asking if that's OK. No one replied, and even though we arrived only 30 minutes before the check in time, the grumpy reception man (wearing no mask) made it sound like it's impossible to give us an apartment before the official time. He claimed the apartments need to be cleaned, as if they are cleaned simultaneously in the last 30 minutes. Upon insisting a lot and explaining that our baby is sleeping in the car, we got an apartment. Late check out was also not possible, I didn't insist this time. We only got one small soap bar that was finished on the first day, never got another one even though the apartment was cleaned almost daily.
