Wifi was not working for the 3 nights I stayed. One of the staff argued that it was my phone problem. Another staff who did night shift acknowledged the wifi is down amf many customers also complained but the boss has not repaired yet. This staff was helpful while the day shift staff was absolutely arrogant. End up I have to use my roaming mobile data for 3 days which cost me alot of money. Seems the hotel does not bother about customer complaints at all. 4 days 3 nights cannot get the wifi up!

It was very near the station.

I was asked what time I would arrive. I told them and recd. confirmation that it was fine. I messaged when train was late. But when I reached, the hotel was closed and it was freezing outside where I stood. Luckily a phone number was pasted on the door. I called but just when I was giving up someone answered in a sleepy voice. Had no idea I was coming. Took a whole 10 min to open door. Then 10 min to check booking (which was in order) and took me to a room. Within 10 min I realised the room had not been cleaned -- used towels etc for me to use in Covid times!. I had to ring again and was given another room -- clean all right but left in a rush before I could ask for the missing milk for my tea. Next morning no apology as I left.

quite a zone outside due to proximity to station plenty of characters and action you'd probably not want but place is fair overall to crash

Hi everyone ! Hotel is in comfortable location. You can reach any destination on foot. Staff is very friendly and helpful .. next time in Hannover definitely Hotel Central Hannover 😃👍

I made the reservation and when I arrived at the hotel it was closed.noone to talk to noone to help me.they closed without a warning.Thank God for the guys who worked at the bar and opened me so I could stay.total lack of responsibility.noone was at the reception at all times even though it says till 23.00.too much noise in general.the bed was also broken.I do not recommend this hotel.

Great location. Everything is accessible on foot. The staff is very friendly especially the girl at the front desk, Ebru. Cleanliness is at the highest level. The hotel is quiet. Suitable for both young people and families. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near the hotel. the main train station is a 10-minute walk through the beautiful pedestrian zone.
