The staff were amaizing, very kind and friendly and they were there to help us all the time. We even received a discount for paying cash. The breakfest was good, with many things from which you could choose and the rooftop pool was a dream. The hotel it is 10 minutes walk to the beach and all the attractions.

If you are coming in May be aware that the humidity is very high and there you may feel some mold smell.

Everything! One of the best hotel we've ever been to because it felt so so comfortable. We feel that most 4/5* hotels are "too much" and trying so hard to please that they get suffocating. Pacific Club was just the perfect balance. The Pacific Team is there to help at all times but they are not "in your face". We can tell they really care about the comfort of their guests and this is reflected in what they offer: - the pool is clean, beautiful AND open 24/7 (which is such a great bonus!) - the room was clean, with a fridge large enough to store your food/drinks. USB plugs by the bed and great entertainment TV (also super easy to plug in your own device) - the bathroom had hot water at all times and perfect water pressure - jacuzzi and sauna can be used for free at the end of the day (sadly we didn't have enough time to use them) - laundry service per kilo at a great price Etc etc. PS: Some reviews mention the location as a bad point but we didn't think it was bad at all. It's easy to walk to the beach and only slightly steep for the last 50m (but that is the cost of the great sea view). The road is not busy at all and we felt safe walking even at night) Thank you to the Pacific Team, it was an amazing stay.

Located on Kston Hills; quite and clean with small shops and resturants around. This location fits for telaxtion . Pool at top was suoerplus.Very helful staff

Little far from the heart of Patong Central where all shops snd resturants there. Taking taxi back snd forth was a hassale for us.

We didn't want to leave this hotel! Everyone is super helpful and genuinely lovely. The food is excellent and the buffet breakfast is very generous and has a ton of options. The roof top pool is magical, especially at night. Sauner room is perfect as is the jacuzzi all complimentary and open until late in some cases 24 hours. The massage is highly recommended. Hotel is a short walk to the beach. Do not hesitate you wont be disappointed.

Nothing not to like

The hotel feels almost like a guesthouse in that it feels homely. There are some great facilities, a gorgeous rooftop pool with jacuzzi jets off to the side and a waterfall feature, open almost 24/7 it is enjoyable to have night time swims. The rooms are large and have great balconies. The TV has films and access to Netflix and YouTube. The fact you can order food and drinks to anywhere in the resort from your phone is very cool. The room cleaning is excellent. Karon beach is 15 mins walk away. (Good tip if you haven’t rented a scooter is the Smart Bus Phuket to get up and down the west coast, just Google it!) But what makes Pacific Resort special is the staff: so friendly and kind and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always so cheerful and polite. The waiters and reception staff are all brilliant, if they read this we want to say Thank You again for making our stay so comfortable.

Maybe a vegan option at breakfast would be great.

Swimming pool and room we stayed.

The rooms are very large and clean, the staff are very friendly and the food is very good and affordable. We spent 6 very pleasant days here. It's a pity we don't have time to experience the spa of the hotel. I will come here again next time to Phuket.

If I had to say anything, It was up a hill and the reviews said there was a shuttle bus on hand to take you down however, this only ran twice a day
