The staff were wonderful. They are assets to the company. Nothing was too much trouble.

Needs refurbishment, the bathroom and toilet facilities really could do with been updated, very noisy plumbing and didn't smell very nice.

The room was old dirty window broke so room was disgustingly warm. Dirty ripped bed linen, carpets disgusting, old lino in the bathroom, pulled window blind and it fell down just awful.

beds were pretty comfortable and room was a good size

broken window so couldn’t get good ventilation. also the bedside plug sockets only work if you turn the lights on so you have to charge your phone over the other side of the room. didn’t look like it had been updated since the early 90s. the doors are also really difficult to get through with cases as they are narrow and heaven so close before you get through. could be amazing if they invested into the place but for is expensive and disappointing sadly.
