I recently stayed at this hotel and had an amazing experience! The location is unbeatable, right on the beach and close to all the action. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was rather good too, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great beach vacation. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

1) Clean and neat hotel with recent refreshment. 2) There are ramps at entrance and everywhere around the hotel. 3) Private beach area, including free towels, sun beds and umbrellas. Perfect beach. 4) Hotel stuff speaks English well. 5) Great hotel SPA where you can go to hammam or get massage. I went to in-hotel massage for the 1st time in Turkey and in it turned out great. We took also mix program: lymphatic drainage massage with hot stones. Everything was great!!! 6) Kitchen personnel is striving to feed you: variety of dishes to any taste - best choice among all-inclusive hotels I've been in. 7) Waiters are delicate guys, trying to help. 8) Entertainment concert happens on daily basis: Halloween party with go-go dancers, belly dancers, live music, cooking competition, karaoke. In live music concerts you can hear songs from all over the world sang by Turkish group. 9) Hotel is situated on main city street, different stores are really close. Thank you very-very much! Our stay was amazing!

2 super minor suggestions 1) I'd advise to make sound a bit less loud maybe 2) Maybe exclude songs by G. Leps and Leningrad band. Be2 are great as they openly against current Ru-Ua conflict)

Quite good hotel at the top location in Alanya. The room, with awesome view, was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also big and very clean. The food was so delicious, every day fresh and tasty various selection of dishes. The beach bar fully operational and waiters offering drinks at the sun beds, od course complimentary, if all inclusive package. The staff were exceptional, everyone, either in the hotel, beach bar, restaurant etc very friendly, professional and always willing to assist, in particular the receptionist Recep with his outstanding professionalism.

Alcohol is terrible, balcony is super small just for one person (it even has one chair provided), AC in our room was buzzing all the time making it hard to sleep and it was pointed directly to bed so this caused issues while sleeping.

Food wasn’t my favourite unfortunately breakfast average,lunch just ok but repeated dinner with same product’s especially I’m not big fan of chicken or turkey so ended up with salad and pasta most of the days wifi was very poor in the rooms and it was keep cutting off Swimming pool small but very enjoyable

The location is great, price is good, dinner and luch food is not bad, beach is clean, ping pong table by the pool and they do have some shows at night.

Unfriendly staff, expect not so clean dishes, smelly bathroom in the lobby beside the spa, no double room availability (one of the room had 3 beds and the second room had 2 beds although the booking was for double bed)

They are very cheap. They turn on coffee machine for breakfast only, because natural coffee is too expensive to serve it during lunch and dinner

We was staying two weeks in this hotel. We came and got information that they dont have any free rooms and we had to stay first night in Xperia grand bali hotel. What can I say, nice start to our holiday... The room was bit old and small, but was cleaned every day while we stayed there. The food assortment was very small and every day same, so after 3 day you dont want to eat anything anymore :D Restoran manager was dealing only with old people from germany, he even didn't noticed that you are there, its little bit rude if you are running to greeting them, but for others dont say even good evening, not even once on this time nobody didn't ask from us if we would like to get some drink on dinner time. Only good thing was location, because hotel is in centrum and connected to the beach. I have stayed many city hotels in Alanya, but this one really was the bad experience, its over priced and maybe some years ago was nice city hotel, but not anymore. I was reading those previous nice comments here and was thinking, was we really on the some hotel :D

Many times food was bad but not all of the time. It looks like they are in search of proper cook and i hope they find good one. Local alcohol wasnt good quality. Beer was good tho. Coffee was that instant powder coffee and tasted bad. Evening programs somewhat poor.

She liked Artur. He was a true gentlemen and moved my partner to a quiet room. Caring and concerned about the customer experience. Thank you Artur! :)

Firstly, I booked this for my Tukish girlfriend. She flew in from the UK fairly late on a Sunday night and I communicated with the hotel through the booking.com app that she would arrive around 9pm. They confirmed the restaurant closed at 8.30pm. So, I asked if there was any way she could get "something to eat". I didnt hear back from them. When she arrived they weren't prepared to get her any food at all, even though we had paid all inclusive rates. Yes I know it's not the hotel's fault that she arrived after dinner, but they could have saved something for her, even a salad but it was a flat no to giving her any food!!! She then asked for a cup of tea and was told she could ONLY have coffee or an alcoholic drink! Come on Hotel Management!!! Turkey is the home of Cay, surely you could have made her welcome by making a cup of tea - it was hardly busy!!! Poor girl, she was exhausted, having been traveling for 13 hours. Now to the bedroom. The room, "with no double glazing" overlooked the main road and the loud traffic noise kept her awake most of the night. If the hotel was clearer about rooms overlooking a highway, I would never have booked it. Descriptions need to be far more accurate, so beware if you book a standard room at this hotel as it may also look over the very busy main road. Furthermore, if arriving late, bring your own sandwiches!

Bed was comfortable and Room was clean

I booked the hotel for my special birthday but because of this hotel I had unhappy holidays . Food quality was bad and not much variety . Every day same bread for every meal . One day same left over food from the lunch for dinner . My husband found live spider crawling in his salad and when we showed it to the staff he just smiled . No apology nothing . It was disgusting We had early check out following day . Worst all inclusive hotel I ever stayed in Turkey . Avoid at any cost . I never leave bad review for any hotel but with this hotel I have to . Definitely not 4 star standard . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel .
