location of Hotel is best area in alanya just 110 m distance from best beach of Alanya (Kleopatra beach) with golden sands.Staf very polite, room cleaning very good, good, breakfast and dinner very tasty

I recommend to visit the bar and try the cocktails, they taste and look like just from heaven😉

It’s sad that there is no wifi in the rooms.

The hotel is located in a nice area, close to all the tourist attractions and to a very good beach. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the receptionist. The room was cleaned daily.

Breakfast was decent but we did not like hot meals served for dinner. Towels were old and worn-out. There was no wifi in the rooms. We would also appreciate it if there was a kettle in the room.

A very nice hotel close to the city center and in the same time close to the Kleopatra beach too. The provided breakfast and dinner is excellent - tasty and delicious. We enjoyed the stay very much.

The hotel was Nice for that price range. Very good location. Nice People. The food was okay. Fresh salat and Nice breakfast.

The spa departement was really bad. The toilet and bath connected to the pool/spa was so dirty and the shower was not working, so nobody could shower before entering the pool. The aircon was not working in one of our rooms.

The hotel was perfectly clean. Dinner was very nice prepeared. Man working on reception was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast was a little bit poor and almost the same every day. Dinner menu didnt include any kind of the drink, so we needed to pay even for a water. In the room we didnt have a fridge.

location was excellent

Location is super great! All the main places are just right beside you. Hotel is cozy, there's a pool right under the windows and perfect view to the beach. Rooms are not modern but clean, all facilities are there. Dinner was quite nice, staff is really friendly.

Hot water was slightly warm(((. In the morning they serve only Turkish breakfast which is not bad though.

amazing location and great staff!!

The breakfast was very delicious and varied, thus we were not hungry until 5 p.m. The view from the room and restaurant is very beautiful. The housemaids did their job very well, except not adding shampoos. The hotel provided us an airport shuttle for 30€, but I think the better option is travelling by Havaş bus (available after every flight), which costs only 25 TL per person.

From the beginning of our stay, the man from the reception seemed not to be very friendly. The fridge was not free (2 € per day, what is not noticed on booking). The Wi-Fi was very poor, except at the pool area. The pool was working only to 6 p.m. The shampoos were not added during our stay. The hotel has a lot of obligations written everywhere, thus you feel like in the prison. We booked a double room, but got a twin room. The furniture and air-condition are old-fashioned. The ventilation in the bathroom was not working, despite the staff told us they will send the technicians to fix it (I think nobody came there). The table tennis and billiard were extra paid, but out of service. Before our leaving, the mentioned receptionist requested that we pay additional 35 TL, because of the exchange rate of that day, regardless we paid a lot earlier on booking in €. I explained him that the hotel provided an option to pay in € on booking, but he was very stubborn, impolite and offensive. Moreover, he told us that we had two teas unpaid in the hotel lobby, but we never had drank anything there. We used the fridge for five days, and he insisted that we pay it for six days. There was no matter about money, but we felt very uncomfortable and insulted in that very unfair situation. We were lucky that the female receptionist came there and explained him that he was wrong in everything. He did not even apologize to us.

Dinner was very tasty. The view from the restaurant was nice.

Everything was ok. Not spectacular, but good value for money.

poor wifi connection

The air condition was too old and dropping water. We had to change the room, but the air condition was not functioning well, and we could not sleep due to hotness. The room seems to be clean, but in my child's room, there was a cocroach. The staff were kind and wonderful and trying to solve this problem, but it is difficult to fix old air condition.

Our room had a nice view over the see and the street, but wasn't noisy. There are many shops nearby and the beach is close and beautiful. Many restaurants, souvenier shops and tourist agencies next to the hotel.
