Fantastic breakfast, sweet freshly renovated hotel with pool and patio. It takes you 10 minutes to get to the city centre and the beach. A bit too high in price. Pet friendly, parking - all you need.

Industrial area. Very noisy and busy street. Poorly insulated rooms. Could hear everything going on in the hallway, breakfast room and garden. Very incompetent and untrained reception staff.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent choice at breakfast, catering also for a gluten-free diet when requested. The breakfast room on the second floor is light, spacious and kept very clean by the efficient staff. The outside areas - garden and swimming pool - were immaculate with plenty of seating. The broken safe in the room was mended immediately. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Extra seating on the balcony was also appreciated.

The bathroom is a little on the small side but the shower was of a good size. Our room overlooked the main road which was quite noisy at times but the soundproofing is good when the doors and window are closed.

Everything was very, very well. Very happy with the experience.

You couldn't sleep late because the breakfast area was upstairs and from 7am you could hear tables and chairs moving all the time.

Good location, very accessible, good parking facilities. New and tasteful reception area. Cleanliness is no concern at all. staff couldn’t be more helpful and are pleasant to speak to even when your Italian is a bit rusty.

Previously I have only stopped at Luna during the thick of the pandemic. At this time Luna hosted evening meals, I think because I was out of season in February (however the hospitality industry was now not closed) Hotel Luna might not have had the demand to lay on their high level of service every evening with it being low season. I missed this because the food and service was very good.

The room is always very clean. Breakfast was amazing on the sun deck. The staff are always super friendly and helpful.

The restaurant is closed for the winter but during the summer the food is amazing!

Everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was delicious. Each guest got to make their selection from a list of pastries, coffee's, juices, breads, fruits, etc. If someone didn't find something they liked it was their own fault. The hotel was very clean and followed COVID rules. It was very accommodating.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. The grounds were kept up perfectly and they had private parking for their guests.

The breakfast offered was amazing. You received a paper menu and could choose anything. What a great selection. Staff was friendly and food was delicious.. The breakfast area was beautiful and overlooked a beautiful manicured garden.

Thoroughly enjoyable. All staff were very helpful, the cleanliness was of very high standard. Brilliant value for money. Location was good for me but may not suit everyone however the ambience would make up for that with ease.

There was little I didn't like. Unfortunately for the hotel there were heavy restrictions due to the pandemic at the time so it was very difficult for them to be so accommodating yet still they were very professional about it.

Perfect hotel located in the heart of Marina di Massa. Very well prepared for difficult period of COVID-19. Distance between tables during breakfast and dinner are respected, staff is constantly wearing masks and they are sanitizing rooms on a regular basis. Great choice of food. Have to mention that staff is very flexible as I had to change my travel arrangement (business) and they were open to adapt my reservation to meet my requirements. Will have to visit it during summer, it must be lovely during warn sunny days.
