A lot of water noises (pipes etc?) throughout the night in my room.

asked for a double bed and room had two singles had a leaked on the toilet bathroom

Relaxed environment the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was nice and clean the bed was comfortable and the weather was great.

Fantastic sea view from our room . Hotel was.close to the town and car parks.

Rooms a little tired, think all could do with a bit of a refurbishment. TV didn't work in the night, but was offered another room, but would have been without balcony Breakfast a bit of letdown, However they cook their Bacon, think they better change it soz was like been boiled and lots of WHITE FAT?

Great location with clean accommodation good bar facilities with great entertainment provided on both Friday and Saturday evenings request for birthday banners and balloons was met

rooms are quite small

Hotel was very dated, room was very small but clean, very expensive for a dated hotel, paid £121 for the room plus £20 extra for breakfast, a total of £141. I've had cheaper and better hotels in London than the Clarence Hotel in Tenby, on arrival the same room was £89, when asked how this was I was informed its just like flights, could be cheaper nearer the time, not amused,

Shower room very small, and not much room generally in toilet area

Bed sheets weren’t clean, very old fashioned, not worth the money

Location was fab, it was very clean.

It was overpriced, you couldn't have breakfast there was no entertainment even though it was a Saturday and the bar shut early yet you paid the same price as peak season. Disappointed.

Fab location. Although no kitchen staff working we were allowed to bring in take away food and Clarence house supplied plates and cutlery. Bar prices competitive. Pet made very welcome.

Original room had a tiny bathroom, smaller than in an aeroplane. Unable to close the plastic consatina door to use the loo. When mentioned to staff we were moved to another room that had an adequate bathroom.
