Great location - 10 min walking to Acropolis. Restaurants in the distance of a 5 min walk. House is just perfect. It was extremely clean and comfortable.

Our stay at Absolute Athens Apartments was outstanding! Communication was seamless from the start, with the team setting up a WhatsApp group ahead of time, so we knew exactly who to reach out to. They even had someone there to greet us, ensuring a smooth arrival.
The apartment was spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—snacks, water, ice, laundry and dishwasher pods, and kitchen essentials like salt and pepper. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it’s clear the team truly understands what guests want, anticipating needs in a way I haven’t experienced anywhere else.
As this was our first trip abroad with our baby, we were naturally a bit anxious, but the comfort and preparation of the apartment made our stay completely stress-free. It’s easily one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and I’m so glad we chose it!

Everything was as described, but exceeded expectations on arrival. Great space, well equipped and well thought out space and set-up for guests. Unpacking was simple as great cupboard space. Easy to interact with property owners and great response times. So helpful. Property was more ideally located tha we appreciated and easy to do lots on foot, but also extremely handy for public transport. Building was quiet and immediate streets not too busy with traffic. Superb shops (groceries, fruit, organic foods, 24hr bakery, coffee shops) within minutes of the apartment.
Nothing to dislike, all was spot on, and in general exceeded expectations. We were there during the Cerberus heatwave and the location of the apartment and the comfort of it made all of this easily manageable and didn't detract from our stay whatsoever.

This was a perfect property in every way for our family of 4 with 2 grown up same gender children. Location, facilities, and the hosts were all excellent. The hosts are very helpful with recommending places to eat , since we came in quite late at night. It’s walking to Acropolis but yet away from the tourist traffic. In a quiet residential neighbourhood with many great local places to eat within a few minutes of walking. Nice coffee and breakfast places just below on the main road too. Not too far from any places to see, within reasonable cab fare.

One of our best stays ever! Couldn’t fault it. The flat was beautiful and very well-maintained. Everything was clean and everything we could think of was provided. The staff were super helpful and responsive- they also arranged our van to the airport for us. The area is very safe and within 5 minute walking distance to lots of cafes, bars, and shops. The Acropolis, Plaka, and Monastiraki are all within walking distance and we didn’t need to take public transport except a few times (there is a metro station a few minutes away as well as a tram station). The street itself has several artisan coffeeshops and bakeries. Highly highly recommend this accommodation and will be staying again if we come back to Athens.
Can be a bit noisy if the balcony door is open of you come from a very quiet place but it’s well soundproofed if you close the doors/windows

The owner is vey forth coming and helpful. The apartment is very well maintained, and docorated with good taste. It is 15 minutes walk fron the Acropolys and other sites.
The only small down side is parking your vehicle. Other than that, none that I could think of.

Everything about this property was great. Really comfortable, convenient location and the staff were always willing to help. The accommodation was well stocked for basic breakfast groceries and kitchen utensils. I would recommend this apartment in a moment.

Wonderfully spacious and well equipped apartment which worked perfectly for a family with teen/young adult children. As the living room also had a (sofa) bed we each had our own private space, along with adjustable air con in each room and two bathrooms :-) Our host recommended excellent places to eat and was super efficient topping up breakfast items including juices, coffee, eggs, cereals, bread, cheeses etc. I can’t fault our eight night stay here; we had everything we needed. The location was great - fortunately not right in the touristy centre but only a 15 min walk to the Acropolis - and there were lots of lovely places to eat, drink and hang out in the surrounding area.

Great apartment with everything you need and more (including 2 full bathrooms, very comfortable beds, good aircon, small things like washing liquid for the washing machine, milk etc). It also feels more like a home than a soulless hotel room (for example, there is original artwork, small decor items etc). The location is ideal - a few minutes from a metro station and about 10 mins walking to the Acropolis museum. The neighbourhood has a good range of cafes, restaurants and bars that are less touristy. Staff are friendly. Highly recommended!

The location is very close to Plaka,Acropolis with lot of restaurants in the area.
The area where the apartment is located is safe. The entrace to the building where the apartment is located is always close so only the residents of the building can go in.
The apartment is nice,, clean as it is shown in the pictures.
Maybe more towels should be provided by the owner if you stay longer period. I stayed only 2 nights so I get one shower towel and one hand towel per person. For 2 nights it was ok for me but maybe if you get 1 towel/ night like at the hotel would be better.

The location was terrific.
The place was terrific.
The host was a professional and ALWAYS "stand by" for us when we phoned him. He picked up our daughter to take her to the airport very early in the morning at 4.30am. He was at the door at 4.20am.

The apartment was very clean, and it has everything you need in terms of amenities.
There was air conditioning in all of the rooms, which was great as the temperature outside was in the high 30’s.

near shopping and good restaurants
the shower has no curtains so all the water spilled outside of the shower floor. and the drainage has accumulated hair it was so gross I had to clean it

Spacious and super great location. acropolis and Plaka and all the sites are within walking distance but it’s outside the tourist zone. Tons of sidewalk cafes and bars in the mall streets located a few blocks north and a few blocks south. nice private balcony to relax on. The-fridge was stocked with eggs, bread, cheese and deli meats which made for great breakfast sandwiches in the panini press. coffee, milk, juice and water also stocked in the fridge. very responsive with communication.

Nice and clean apartment on the way from centre of Athens to Pireaus. Very good communication with owner. Keys in box outside worked nicely - owner sent pictures. Good value for travelers who want nice and clean place to stay and with two separate bedrooms, for instance for one night before continuing by ferry to the islands.
No view - as expected. We were there to sleep, and the beds wee great. Parking must be found in the street.

The apartment was spacious and welcoming. The breakfast was also copious. The hosts were very helpful and kind, allowing us to stay a little later than expected due to a stomach bug. We were very grateful for their kindness.
We arrived on a Saturday night, and it took us 1 hour and 20 minutes to park. It's a central and popular area. I'd recommend arriving by taxi and renting a car once leaving Athens if you stay in this lovely apartment.

location is arounf 10 min walk from acropolise , the appartment has everything!!! washing machine , dishwasher , 2 toilets , big rooms and livig room
