I cant think of anything at all. Maybe allocated parking would be a good idea, as when we arrived we had to park along way away, and I would think if you were travelling on your own this could be a safety issue

I was surprised at how comfortable my stay was at the Marion Hotel. Arriving at Reception, the lovely staff set the tone for my stay. I was made to feel very welcome and I was very impressed by the accommodation. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The bathroom tiling is a bit overwhelming at first but the shower was great. The beds are super comfortable, not surprising as the mattresses are made by A.H. Beard, an Adelaide based business that makes a quality product. I was delighted to find that the Marion Hotel had installed such high quality bedding. Parking straight outside the reception was appreciated.

I met my family for dinner in the restaurant and was quite disappointed. The meal was very expensive considering only two glasses of wine were ordered. Two of our party had the chicken special which was not what they expected but agreed it was quite nice. Another had the steak (which was $48 ) but said the steak he had the previous night in Port Augusta had been much better. I had the Fish and Chips but it was nothing special and the fish didn't appear to be that fresh. We ordered a side of 15 hr Duck Fat Potatoes expecting a dish of golden roasted potatoes but instead, it was just thin slices of potato that looked like a potato bake; very disappointing for a side dish of $17.00

The bed was comfortable with nice pillows which I really appreciate. They had good snacks and hot chocolate for free in the coffee and tea spot. Room service was pretty quick. The TV has internet and chrome cast abilities which was a big plus for my partner as he could watch YouTube lol Staff were friendly

The price was ridiculous for what we got: The bathroom was small and ugly it reminded me of a cheap motel with an old showerhead. We could hear people simply just talking in the room next to us so imagine if you wanted privacy. The menu is limited and my food was bland for both breakfast and dinner. Plugs were not easily accessible next to the bed we had to lay on the floor to plug in our devices, luckily we brought our own extension cord or we would have had to charge our phones on the floor. And there was no plug on my partner's side at all. The bed was squeaky.

5 stars, an immaculate hotel with amazing staff. Room was beautiful, beds extremely comfortable, huge shower head, generously gave guests bottled water, chips and Tim tams each day in their room. Tea was all T2 branded. Meals down stairs were perfection, breakfast lunch and dinner. A full al a carte breakfast was included during our stay! Vanessa and Benjie in the restaurant were so friendly and made our stay so good! Staff were so attentive. You don’t get this service in Melbourne at the most expensive hotels!
