All!! The room, the facilities, everything was great!!

Nothing!

The room is quite spacious and clean. Really love how they take care of the COVID-19 protocol during breakfast time. Good breakfast with various options. I love all of the dishes and their service during breakfast. The water was strong and the hot water worked. They also take care of the swimming pool cleanliness.

The furniture was quite old and unmaintained but the room was spacious.

All in all it was very good. I like the view, the pool and the room. The staff was nice. We got early check-in, and we got a double room that we requested. We wanted to stay in the hotel longer.

We didn't get to try the breakfast (not the hotel's fault). One of the pillows was not comfy.

But, she contacted me in the aternoon, after a few hours, and after I booked by on line agency before lunch. I thought she treated me, different, because I'm not a foreigner guest. At that time, I spoke in Bahasa. I was very disapointed. Harris hotel, actually, my kid's fave hotel, previously. I didn't cancell my reservation, due to my kid's expectation. rgds, Parlin

the pool was clean although in pandemic situation. There are 2 polls that suit for kids. My nephew really enjoyed the pool. Nice for staycation.
