Everything, it’s dirty , dusty , spider nests , cracking floor , old furniture, bad service, very expensive , maintenance noise

Room was good, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Site facilities were good.

Breakfast did not match the status of the hotel. It was not expensive so that was fine but the quality of food on offer did not look particularly appetising. We preferred to eat elsewhere.

Used to have access to great bar in the basement but now closed and terrace bar only open till 9.30pm.

Very nice staff, well located

We received a tiny room at the attic , value for money not adequate. The breakfast is served in the basement, no windows, it’s not pleasant.

Great location and nice hotel with big rooms. Room with the park view are quiet.

Seasonally might be quite expensive but its worthy the money.

The staff at the temporary outside bar were very polite and friendly.

The rooms themselves were perfectly fine. The staff were unhelpful and for the amount we were paying one might of expected not to have to do so much oneself. The bar hotel closed at 10pm and even prior to 11pm it was difficult to obtain a glass of wine from the unhelpful receptionist. In due course an unfortunate waitress appeared with a bottle of wine, but didn't know the cost. All in all a pretty under-whelming experience. I wouldn't recommend the hotel, and certainly will never stay there again. There are plenty of other hotels in the area where your custom may actually be appreciated and where service is still actually provided.

Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working. When we called we were told someone would come to check but Noone came. The second night they said the issue was fixed but our room was hot. Service came and got it cooler. Breakfast was good. Freshly made scrambled eggs.

The hotel is nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were quiet. The location is amazing and a few hundred yards to the train station.

The price was expensive. I was traveling with my family (6 total) so I needed 2 rooms. After 4 nights, my cost was almost $5000!

Great location and staff and having access to complimentary tea/coffee and water was a real bonus.

The aircon was very weak and that would stop me staying again unless it was winter. Missed having a bar so you could enjoy a drink on the lovely outdoor terrace.

The hotel was easy to find and the room was clean and tidy and of a decent size with a table and seating area. The bathroom did not have a bath and only contained a shower but was of a decent size. The staff were very helpful when asked questions and there was a free ice machine which came in very handy

We were given a room which was underground so it was hot and having no window to the outside was very dark and close. The air conditioning was broken and they were unable to fix it during our stay however we were given a fan to try and cool the room but it didn't have much impact. I would have expected the offer of a room change as it was within the first hour of arrival. There are no facilities at the hotel apart from a small sitting area and a coffee machine so for any food or drink requirements you had to leave the hotel. There was no desk or ergonomic chair as listed in the details so would struggle if I was going to be working from the room. For the overall cost of the room, it did not reflect good value for the money

Arrived at 2am from the airport to find out that my card payment had gone through on the app but not with the hotel so they rebooked my room and told me they couldn't do anything for me and asked me to leave. I do not recommend

The room was quiet. Breakfast good. Location good for our planned activities (the Coronation!) The staff were very helpful and friendly. The coffee machine in reception was a nice surprise. Hot chocolate at bedtime great!

Not too keen on the sliding door to bathroom, but got used to it.

Location and facilities excellent. We loved our large room and the brilliant pull-out table. We were going to go out for a meal but instead chose to eat at our built-in dining table! Brilliant Knights Templar Wetherspoons nearby for breakfast.
