Struttura molto bella situata proprio sulla spiaggia basta attraversare e sei lì in acqua staff gentilissimo è disponibile camere pulite ogni giorno ..
Addirittura in camera mi hanno lavato le tazze della colazione che feci la mattina staff super
Se proprio devo dire qualcosa gli ombrelloni essendo forati non danno il 100%di copertura dal sole

Proprietari gentilissimi; pulizia impeccabile; posizione ottima sia per la spiaggia di fronte (tranquilla e attrezzata), sia per raggiungere altre spiagge incantevoli della zona. Silenzioso, ottima la qualità del sonno (ma questa è anche fortuna di aver avuto vicini educati). L’appartamento è grande il giusto per due adulti e due bambini e ben fornito di tutto quello che serve. Consigliatissimo.

Der Garten war hübsch und gepflegt
dass war aber dann auch schon alles was an dem Hotel schön war
Wir hatten die Unterkunft zwar nur für eine Übernachtung, um zu unserem Ausflugsziel Balos Beach zu gelangen, gebucht…jedoch war der Empfang mehr als unfreundlich.
Das Hotel liegt zwar nahe des Hafens Kissamos und abgeschieden…aber mehr gibt es hier halt dann auch nicht….Keine Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen…keine Restaurants in der Nähe und das Hotel bietet auch nur Überteuerte Getränke an. Das Hotel liegt zwar direkt am Strand aber sogar an dem gibt es nichts und die Liegen und Schirme sind für teuer Geld zu mieten.
Die Dusche war bei unserer Ankunft kaputt, die Betten steinhart, die Türen alt und laut und insgesamt konnte man alles durch die dünnen Wände hören…Wir haben uns für den Preis zwar nicht viel erwartet aber das war wirklich nicht zumutbar.

Secluded and away from the public mayhem. Great beach across the road. Easy to get a taxi anywhere you want for restaurants but there were good restaurants with in 20 min walk.
Would have appreciated aircon in lounge area where we spent more time than the bedrooms.

We spent 10 beautiful days in Gramvoussa Bay. The hotel was perfect. The room was very clean, spacious and only a few steps from the sea. The hotel staff was very kind and helpful.

Spacy, clean apartment, nice owner, staff, dogs and cats :) The beach is next to the building and very beautiful. The port is 10 minutes walk from the apartment; nice ship tours 3 times a day.

Apartment was clean with double bed and all essentials. Owners very friendly and willing to help anytime. Beach is very clean with showers and changing boots. Free loungers if you stay with Gramvoussa Bay. Water in September very warm, and no surprise crystal clear. Close location to Elafonisi and Balos beaches is a big plus as driving can be long.
Due to location, nearest shops and tavernas is 5min away by car, in centre of Kissamos but that is was not an issue as we wanted quiet remote location.
We definitely would be back here for our next stay.

The property is right on a beautiful beach, and we were provided with ever we needed. spacey room, comfortable bed and shower, and coffee always available. Beautiful garden/yard, and fantastic view from the balcony. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful!

Literally on the beach with great access . Well maintained place with absolute cleanliness and lovely people. Host was very helpful and kind. Strongly recommend for a peaceful and a quite holiday . Beach was crystal clear with an amazing view of mountains

Excellent location with sea view and the beach in front of the hotel is small but nice and with free umbrellas and sunbeds for guests.
The location is ideal for those who want to visit the western part of the island, falasarna is 10 minutes by car and balos 7 kilometers, the port of kissamos to reach balos is 1 kilometer and a half, recommended for everyone

Our apartment was spacious and very clean. Gramvoussa hotel is situated in front of the beach: a one minute walk. Owners and staff are kind and ready to satisfy every request.
As many bathrooms in Greece, our apartment too had a rather small one. Although it was functional. I would suggest to supply some extra accessories in the kitchen, such as a towel, or at least some paper towels.
