Shower not really clean

If I have another chance I will come there. It is the fourth time for me that I have chosen this location. The price is convenient, the acomodation is optimal, the place is very central.

It was really cold in the room.

Cosy,, simple and easy access, close to city center and clean.

It was smelling the smoke of ciigarettes. Room not the same like in the photo.

As centrally located not the easiest to find with a car as not appearing to be directly accessible. Best to park up and walk the final streets. We arrived late evening so could park on the streets for free, and leave before 9.00 the next morning . The hotel is accessed down an arcade with other shops so you could easily pass by. Whilst there was a receptionist who is available until 8.30, there preferred option is to self check in via an external machine that needs you payment card and passport. Be aware two locals tried standing behind us in this process, we believe to oversee passcodes and/or await us leaving either the passport or card within the machine. Be warned. The hotel is centrally located with many good bars/restaurants and shops adjacent.

Would have preferred receptionist to have checked us in rather than asking us to use external machine.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the centre of town and within walking distance to everything (train and bus stations, main shopping area, main sights). The room was modest but very clean and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.

The walls of the rooms are paper thin, and the noise problem was so bad that I actually ended up leaving and booking another hotel as I needed a good night's sleep before a presentation. I could hear everything in both neighbouring rooms: one was a couple playing music loudly and singing at 11pm, and the other was someone being ill (I hope they're feeling better!) You can also hear doors slamming and conversations from rooms down the corridor. I did not feel comfortable asking other patrons to be quiet as there is no one on site after hours (staff/security) and it did not feel safe to do so. If you are at all sensitive to noise, then I would suggest booking somewhere else. If you're a sound sleeper, then it's great value for money!
