We really liked the lady on reception who was helpful, friendly and very approachable. We thought the hotel was in an excellent location. Lovely white bedding which was wonderfully clean. Parking is very easy. Load outside the hotel, parking over the road at 15 euros per night.
Hotel dated. Carpet on landings is in need of urgent change or repair. We had elderly parents with us and it would have been very easy to trip where carpet is worn, especially the raised metal in between the double doors (entry into the hallway to get to our bedrooms). We thought this was a real safety issue. Bathrooms small and require urgent repairs and updating. Walls are paper thin and you can hear people moving around upstairs especially.

The private parking across the streer was very small. If you have a bigger car it is not possible to park there.

Didn’t try the breakfast, location is excellent for the old town. Secure parking is opposite. Staff friendly and helpful.
Couldn’t open the windows. Our friends room windows were high up so couldn’t see out and room was stuffy.-

Location was great, short walk to centre and restaurants.
Dogs are made very welcome at the hotel.
Parking limited on road outside hotel and is meter payment. Secure underground parking for hotel available over the road but only a few spaces and costs €15 per night.

Good position, close to the city center and the train station
The room was not too clean and would need a renovation, and so does the bathroom which was also very small.

Staff very friendly and very helpful with my requests. Response time with my questions was outstanding.
I do recommend this hotel in Vitoria-Gasteiz, it is in the center of this beautiful city, everything is close by and definitely a place a would consider on my return.

The hotel is situated close to the city centre (5min). The crew are quite friendly and helpful - all time. The building is historically old. The rooms are clean and renovated. The Jazz attitude is lovely.
My room was small, the pictures are about a bigger one, I think. The window is hidden a bit. The shower plate is not leveled so have to be careful with the water :)

The bathroom is a strange arrangement and doens't seem to work very well (taps in strange locations, etc), water pressure wasn't great, and the shower head probably should have been replaced some time ago.

I loved the space in the room. My husband, my 13 year old son and I, felt comfortable and the space never felt small.

It is value for money hotel. Small rooms and dated carpet on the hallways. Curtains on the windows did not close completely so I got woken with first light.

The hotel was really central,- walking distance to most sites. Room was spacious and clean. We didn't try the breakfast but it looked really good. The staff were extremely helpful and got us through the sticky bit of finding a vet.

The hotel is situated quite close to the old town and easy to walk to all the bars and restaurants. However it has no parking and we had to park our car hundreds of metres away- which made it awkward.
It does not have a restaurant- and for breakfast they bring a very limited meal to your room in a plastic tray-

Decor is tired. Place needs a redo, doors and woodwork dinged up, balcony door latches broken. TV has no international channels or even many Spanish ones. No bar just an overpriced vending machine.

Very friendly lady at the reception! We asked for another room as we did not like our room (window was high, you could not look outside). She immediately arranged another room for us, a very nice one. Highly appreciated!
