The location and toiletries
Prehistoric furnishings. No working PowerPoint at bedside for cpap machine

Bathroom had been renovated and modernised. Room was clean, very good accessories e.g. towelling scuffs and a range of toiletries .Convenient parking in front of room. Staff very friendly at reception. Good location.
Tarriff had been booked and prepaid but wife was still asked for ID. Only time needed to supply ID after years of booking with Booking.com. Due to the ongoing renovations was woken early by workers skip bin being emptied by truck. Glare from street lights across road still visible all night through curtains.

Great location, very clean and comfortable, staff exceptional, called to organise late check in and turned on air con to warm room. Left chocolate surprise in room.

A lot of work being done to upgrade this property. New airconditioners, good bench and seating, etc..
Curtains - I like to "sleep dark", and the curtains were not good at blocking out the (bright) exterior lighting.

The personal little packets, slippers, dental, shaving, in addition to the normal shampoo etc were an excellent touch…
The tea satchels should not be mixed…..everything was peppermint flavoured. Just a minor thing from someone who is a tea drinker.

The room was clean and fresh. Room had all amenities required. Pleasant and helpful manager. Supermarket and transport close to motel.

our room had an internal door connecting it to another room and the door wasn’t locked and a child entered the room. walls were very thin and we could hear conversations next door. main door opened during the night due to wind and we thought we’d closed it securely. bathroom was unclean and for the price of $158 for a twin room with one double and a trundle style bed was overpriced. carpark was very visible to street traffic and I felt made our vehicle vulnerable.

TV didn't work. Was told office closed at 9pm. Informed them at 9.14pm . Was told not their problem. Fix it yourself or just go to bed.

Needs an update to bathrooms and rooms, happy to pay less for an older room but their prices are still on average around the same for nicer newer rooms in the same location

Loved the room - Amenities were nice! Great touches in the rooms like shaving kits , lovely soap , good pillows .. close to everything. Well worth the money given the central location. Will be back.

piece of tampon wrapper in the bed. only bottom sheet on bed then doona then sheet on top. no sheet to cover between. all disgusting sink full of hair

No electric blankets, sheets felt like they had been starched. Toilet roll holder jaggered and very dangerous,no wifi,

Good hotel at a good price, with onsite parking. Location was excellent, very convenient to the main shopping precinct. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Décor is dated but if you like mid century style then you'll absolutely love the bathroom.
