Bed was a little hard, but really nothing else

You can't really go wrong with Quest Appartments, there's a reason people lease them long term, you can actually live in them with all the amenities. Lots of space, all the extras, comfy and quiet. We did have a room towards the back of the block, so not near the main road.

Parking was on the street or where you could find unless you wanted to pay the $10 a night. Room only had a small window, not sure it opened at all.

Staff excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I parked my car in the apartment spot, and although the pass to the lift was not at front desk, she found a key to open a secure door. Could walk into town, and to my event at Club.

1. There should be signage, so I knew I was going into apartment parking 2. Bed not comfortable, it either didn’t have or it wasn’t as good as the last 30 hotels I stayed in middle thing, that goes over twin bed divide. 3. Having a/c point right to bed is very bad. I had choice of being frozen, or hot. 4. My room wasn’t cleaned. It wasn’t on list. Front Desk offered to clean it when I discovered this at 4pm but at that point I just asked for clean towel. 5. Having toilet paper so you have to turn 180 degrees is ridiculous. I had difficulty, I know my parents would not have been able to do it.

Friendly staff. Nice and clean room & reception. Bonus is the outdoor BBQ area.

You need to pay for the car park separately.

Location is great - easy walking distance of most cafes, restaurants and other shops.

Would have liked some body wash for the shower.

Bed was a little uncomfortable

The rooms were in great condition (looked like it was freshly renovated or newly built). Wifi worked well, plenty of tea and coffee facilities.

Could hear every word from the apartment next door.
