The location of this property was great - close enough to attractions but far enough for a lovely walk. The apartment was a great size and with the kitchen and washing machine we were able to get comfortable. Maddalena our host was lovely and responsive to any questions we had. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean. As a bonus we could access Netflix. Maddalena thank you for a making our stay in Messina easy.

Podrían tener las instrucciones de los electrodomésticos disponibles para poder usar todo, quisimos usar la secadora de ropa pero no nos fue posible, esto no fue inconveniente buscamos en donde secar afuera

Appartamento dotato di ogni cosa,stoviglie, caffè,TV con Netflix,ecc.. posizione eccellente,5m dal centro e vicino a negozi, parcheggio sotto casa.Peccato esserci stati solo una notte.

Beautiful clean flat. Well located and Simona was attentive and helpful. Bed very comfortable.

Both Cristina and Simona were super helpful and quick to answer any question via WhatsApp or the telephone. We arrived a bit late, but Simona was there, opened up the house for us, explained everything and checked-in us in no time. The apartment was fully serviced, you had bottled water, coffee, cleaning agents, etc; we were not expecting all of those, so we were pleasantly surprised. We had two big TV with Netflix, which was a blast for the kids, when we had to kill some time. Really recommended to go to the American Bar to have a good "Granita Caffe' con Panna" for breakfast. I would definitively come back and recommend this to friends and relatives. Parking is free, but it might be a challenge to find a spot if you have a big car, since roads are narrow and busy.

The HVAC units were not working very well; we survived, but when it gets hotter it might be a problem; in particular the bedroom units was not working; the living room one was working, but quite noisy, so we were not keeping it on all the time. I honestly did not like the door code, because it did not give us a good security feeling, so I would maybe arrange it in a different way.

Very clean & spacious and everything you need has been thought about. Cristina was an excellent host who was always on hand so much so we asked if we could have a toaster when we first got there and she actually went out a bought a new one for us ….

Cant think of anything other than don’t be put off by the outside of the building.
