充電器があった、電子レンジがある所が広かった、WiFi無料、テレビ大きい、ルームウェアが着心地が良かった

景色が良くない、朝食が高い、エレベーターの階数が見にくい、ドリンク飲み放題とかあれば最高

大浴場とアメニティに満足しました。クロネコヤマトでの荷物の配達が頼めるのもすごく便利でした。

Wi-Fiが遅かったのと、換気扇を回したらタバコの匂いがしたのが残念でした。

The public bath located on B1 was sooo good

Good location at a walking distance from Yokohama Station - and through that to the rest of Japan. Reached after midnight thanks to a delayed flight and long immigration queues but staff still accommodated my check-in. Vending machines inside the building and convenience stores nearby made food a non-issue at time during the day or night. Front-desk reception, cleaning and maintenance crew staff are polite and friendly at all times of the day. They took the time to understand and work with a non-Japanese speaker like me. Most of the important hotel information is available in Japanese and English - recommend checking with the front desk or using a translation app to get by with the rest.

This is not a negative, just something to be aware of. My single-person hotel room was compact and comfortable, and met all my requirements as a place to keep my bags, bathe and sleep while spending I was out the whole day at work or sightseeing. Do not confuse it for a vacation resort if you are looking to stay in the hotel room throughout the day. Limited space for large boxes and no closet - just 3 hooks and hangers for clothes. Not an issue if you are travelling light and are willing to be efficient with packing/storage space vs living/sleeping space.

General business hotel. The location is great, close to the station and shopping, but very peaceful.

Unfortunately they only offer set meals for breakfast so I could not order them as a vegetarian. Buffet style would be preferable.

I was booked the room from online, with nice view. but the reality I didn’t get it. very disappointed coz I can’t see the view only the wall😞for a week

Breakfast sets really good. Tried the Japanese style and the eggs, both very satisfying. Staff courteous and helpful. Really convenient location, close to the station.

The toilet seats in the room was was out place and I fixed it myself.
