Podejście do klienta fatalne , musiałam odwołać pobyt w związku ze strajkami rolników, hotel nie dał możliwości przesunięcia w czasie rezerwacji pomimo wcześniejszej informacji .

Hotel w miarę Ok. Lokalizacja mi pasowała , położenie dla mnie idealne.

Zdecydowanie do poprawy są śniadania . Śniadanie rozpoczynało się o 06:30 natomiast ja byłem na śniadaniu już o 06:50 i z przykrością muszę stwierdzić że wszystko było zimne . Dosłownie wszystko . Zimna jajecznica smakowała paskudnie , zimne kiełbaski i wszystko co było w bemarach było już zimne pi 20 min od rozpoczęcia śniadania . Podejrzewam że śniadanie musiało zostać przygotowane dużo wcześniej . Niestety ten fakt bardzo mnie zniechęcił do kolejnej wizyty w tym hotelu .

The spa is great and I recommend it if you want to enjoy the spa. But it is far from the city which was ok to me since I had a car and it had free parking.

Visited this hotel for 2 nights with my wife. We had the "Apartment" room. The room was very big! So much space it was nice. Bed and pillows were super comfortable! The bathroom was big too. Had a DEEP bathtub and separate shower. If there is a place in Poznan you want to find a good steak dinner...THIS is the place! The steak is served on a HOT plate that continues to cook your steak to your desire. The meat they used was grade A beef (Black Angus) and spiced perfectly. The pool area was nice. We enjoyed using the steaming room and sauna. They had a Turkish bath, but it must have been out of service as it was locked. The pool area is smaller, but accommodating for the few people who were present at the time. They had a hot tub too.

We wanted to get massages, but it was fully booked and we were not able to get an appointment.

Everything was really nice and I liked that the pool was kids friendly. The food is really good and for children I recommend chicken nuggets. They have a little table and some stuff for kids ( like paper and pencils) at the restaurant so it was easier to wait for the food.

The restaurant is quite expensive but the food is very good but still I didn't have that feeling that the price and the taste match each other.
