Had the room with the windows facing the harbour It is a great room in right location. Spacious and clean, close to everything you need in Cagliari. Helpful host. A tiny cosy balcony.

Excellent communication with the owner beforehand and during stay. The owner was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location at the harbour. Bus station is nearby. The room had everything you needed. Really good breakfast (for italian standards). Overall we had a nice stay.

I expected a better B&B based on the reviews: Loud doors! We couldn't sleep one night because after 1am and even around 3 am in the night people were walking around and doors were constantly slamming loudly. No chance to get rest. Power outages at regular intervals during one of our nights but it seems they can't do anything about that (AC turning on and off all the time) No working wifi. The room was dark during the day (because facing the courtyard), nothing special and not really inviting.

I loved everything!!

Apartment is located in a city centre with many shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Location is perfect as a starting place for city sightseeing. Room was kept clean every day. We spent here really nice time.

Sara was very nice. She gave tips of places to visit. The breakfast was amazing. The localization is very good, close to the train station and the city center.

Great location beside the port, close to restaurants and a lovely view from the living/dining room. Management were great and were really easy to communicate with and went to extra effort to provide me with gluten free breakfast treats!

The room could do with more storage space for when you want to unpack.

The property had a great location, the room and the common area were extremely clean and nice, and Sara was the kindest in helping us with everything we needed.

The location is perfect to access the train station and bus station. Very central surrounded by many restaurants and close to the old city. The view is amazing. Breakfast is available in the restaurant next to it with fresh delicious pastry and coffee.

More fresh air in the common area would help the impression.

This accommodation has fulfilled our expectation. Launched air condition before our arrival (in hottest week of year) was very pleasant surprise. Our room had very nice view to the port and main street right under. City center is few minutes by walk. I can fully recommend this accommodation.
