Zona centralissima e molto silenziosa, ho apprezzato particolarmente il fatto di poter usare la cucina per prepararmi tè e tisane: io viaggio sempre con pentolino e tisane al seguito, ma nella credenza ho notato un set di pentole in buono stato (in altri posti mi è capitato di trovare solo pentolame vecchio e fatiscente), nonché caffettiera moka, caffè e zucchero. Aggiungerei forse un panno per asciugare i piatti, per il resto tutto perfetto.

A 2 passi dal centro di Orvieto con comodo parcheggio a pagamento nei pressi dell' alloggio. Dotato di una bellissima terrazza, comodo angolo cottura. Host molto simpatica e gentile.

Andrebbe curata meglio la pulizia: c'era qualche ragnatela, gli asciugamani usurati e oramai grigi, il congelatore sporco.... Peccato perché nonostante l'esterno della casa e il condominio siano datati, l'appartamento è veramente delizioso

Generally a bit shabby in places including some peeling paintwork. Shower cubicle had low ceiling so it was difficult to stand up straight in it, and fittings were loose. Could do with some new crockery in kitchen

Location and apartment were honestly great. It was a cozy stay and everything went well - we had everything we needed. The best part was also for sure the small balcony attached to the room! The hostess is also very kind and responsive!

One thing we did wish to have had was some of the basic cooking products like a small bit of olive oil, balsamic vinegar and that kind of stuff so we could cook without having to buy them in bottles. But that was truly the only small inconvenience.

Super cute little apartment with amazing terrace!

There isn’t a blow dryer (or any of the little extras) that are typical for an apartment stay. We had to wait about 25 minutes to be let into the apartment, even though they had our arrival time well in advance. Tiny quirky shower that if you are over 6’ you’ll bump your head on the ceiling.
