Everything was ok just the distance from the main road.

Charmant cottage entre la mer et la montagne. Accès plage privé excellent. Le confort du cottage est rudimentaire mais propre et suffisant pour une nuitée. L'endroit est vraiment beau et sécurisé par portail et clôtures incluant parking. Personnel super accueillant !

Il faut s'y attendre, nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude sous la douche mais on s'y fait ! Toutefois bruit d'oiseaux dans le plafond durant la nuit, ça surprend mais pas dangereux.

The location was breathtaking. The rooms super comfortable and the whatsapp room service easy and convenient.

Beautiful and relaxing views. Small pools but super nice. Food was excellent with lots of choices. Drinks are super reasonable and strong. Staff were wonderful.

The location is really far out and the ocean is way too rough for swimming The cottages are outdated and very warm. The AC is very loud. Water pressure is sometimes extremely low.

Amazing location, Tranquil and breathtaking.

Clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff and location away from high tourist areas. Resort felt safe and friendly with great views. The staff were all so nice and did their upmost to make all guests feel welcome. The three sea view rooms didn't disappoint, they were all spacious and had amazing views of the grounds as well as the ocean. Sitting in the hammock and listening to the waves was bliss! The resort was safe enough for our children to walk between rooms on the premises. Staff were ever so accommodating and helped us to arrange tours as well as recommendations for the family to enjoy our time here. I travelled with both young and old family, and all had a wonderful time. We would recommend to friends and come back ourselves.

Low water pressure after 10pm in one of our rooms, but it was NOT a deal breaker 🙃

1. The mattress had no cover. We were sleeping on a flat sheet with no mattress cover. 2. There were signs of bugs (were they bed bugs, I’m unsure). 3. The towels provided literally looked dirty. 4. Service is slow. 5. The location of this place is so far out, taxis will charge you an arm and a leg if you want to move around.

I loved the bed. The room was clean. A few staff members were really warm and pleasant. It's located 15 minutes from the town and the 7 mile beach. There is a shuttle to the 7 mile beach. The bus driver Tino was truly amazing.

We booked two cabins as a family, and we were placed far away from each other, one of which had a fan and no AC.. I requested another room, which I paid for, but was told I would have to move out the second night as it was booked for the Saturday. I would never imagine that a hotel would have fans only rooms in this heat. Please note that it says so in the descriptions. The rooms and gardens need some renovations. Some staff were quite unpleasant. The food was average.

The scenery was beautiful. The area was quiet. Excellent get away.

There was no hot water in the showers, and we had to wait two hours for the food, which was very disappointing, especially since we had a 1 year old child with us who was very hungry. TVs in both rooms didn't work either. We couldn't use the pool because they were all closed except one which was being cleaned.

Beautiful, serene setting. I love the ocean so it was the ideal location for me. The accommodations were a little outdated. Could use some renovations, at least the suite we were in. Need some screening in the breakfast restaurant - too many flies. Overall still beautiful.

Flies at breakfast and the suite was outdated. The shower is very small and the cook top could be cleaner. Also some blinds at the windows would have been great to keep out the early morning light for sleeping in.

I like the trees, the view of the ocean, the pool, staff was helpful and pleasant, the property is kinda hidden and private which I like a lot

The road to the property is terrible and exhausting, as u pass ricks cafe to the property road is bad

This hotel is of the best! The very well equipped and clean rooms, the staff quite attentive and loving. Thanks to every person who works every day every day, with the aim of making us feel good at all times. My English isn't very good haja, though they were very kind.

All the staff at Westender Inn were friendly, hardworking and very helpful. Special mention to Katrice, Kemar, Mr Brown, Alecia and Shadene. The location is peaceful and relaxing There isn't a beach at the resort so they have a free shuttle to the Whistling Bird where you can visit the beach and use their facilities Wifi was pretty good and was all throughout the resort There is a choice of pools to use, including an infinity pool. The lunch was delicious. The rooms are well equipped and the bed is comfy Any concerns and issues are dealt with really quickly It is quite close to Rick's Cafe

The resort was fine, however, it could do with a refurb. Some of the public places looked tired. The cottage I stayed in was comfortable but maybe some of the appliances could be replaced or updated. While it is a peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle, it did feel a bit far out.

Beautiful and private. Rooms were nice and it was on the sea. Enjoyed stay very much.lad we stayed for 3 weeks. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The property and grounds are beautiful and well kept. Food is prepared to order which guarantees freshness and the entire staff is friendly and courteous.

The salt water infinity pools are amazing. Having restaurants and bars was convenient. Food & drink were great. Most of all, the staff was friendly, honest and sweet (security person - sorry I forgot his name). They had a partnership with a hotel in Seven Miles Beach called the Whistling Birds. They were awesome too! Thank you so much.

Nothing. It’s about 20 mins from the center of Negril but we had a car and there was no problem.

The staff and the owner of this incredible resort make you feel like family..

Private, quiet location off of the main strip. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was good value and taste great. Oceanview room is a must.

Signage to the location must improve for guests driving especially at night. Ex. Add large arrows . Update flooring in the rooms and sofa chair.
