Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Grösse, eine wunderbar feste Matratze. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, kleine Kitchenette mit Kühlschrank. Auch wenn ich kein Bier trinke, fand ich die Willkommensgeste sehr nett, Bier und passende Gläser zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ich fand es sehr angenehm, eine private Terrasse zu haben. Der Fitnessraum ist zwar klein, aber gut ausgestattet. Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet mit viel frischem Obst.

Had to ask for more pillows only 3 in the room also had to ask for fresh towels. Rooms only serviced after 3 days. No air conditioning and extremely hot.

The design of the room, the reception, the position, the parking options. The hotel is very clean and the staff is nice.

Maybe i got unlucky, but in the middle of June, with 30’C outside, the room became quickly like an oven. And just a small noisy ventilator is not enough. Impossible to sleep at night.

The hotel itself was new as everything inside was clean and fresh. Very comfortable and big bed, even a small book shelf, which included books as well! The fridge and coffee facilities were a great add-on. The staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Everything was very clean and tidy. We did not have any breakfast, but coffee and tea was offered complimentary throughout the hotel. Got upgraded in a room with a terrace, but unfortunately weather did not allow for the use of it… The location was nice and convenient, close to Altstetten Bahnhof. From the airport you could reach the hotel directly by train, and Zurich centre was easily reachable.

There is nothing I could fault, it was a pleasure staying at the FLAG hotel.

Positive aspects of the hotel include complimentary tea and coffee, a hygienic environment, helpful and welcoming staff, and convenient proximity to a supermarket.

Our room did not have curtain. Although it is located slightly further away from the city center, it offers effortless access to public transportation.

The rooms were spacious & well equipped. Staff at front desk exceptionally friendly (especially the young man with light hair who even took the time to talk us through the map and point out some things to do). Plenty of coffee & hot drinks available 24/7 in reception. Great location - supermarkets nearby & close to tram, bus & train stations.

The room was quite dusty when we arrived & the automatic blinds partially broken (I was able to fix these myself). The room was only cleaned once every three days which meant no restocks of water.

the location is too far from the city center not as “booking shows” + the view and the noise of the kids outside is just too much (i think there is a school nearby )

Very nice location, 5minutes from bus stop , and 10minutes walking from Tram. By tram 10minutes and you are on the city centre. There’s a good shopping center, with a massive supermarket from the hotel (5/8minutes walking). The rooms are good , same as shower. Highly recommend.

The room size is pretty okay and the rooms were clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful - they helped me heat up my food in their microwave. There was free hot wine everyday to combat the cold weather. The check in and check out procedures were smooth. The room has most basic necessities.

There was no option for cleaning the room everyday - atleast a vacuuming of the floor and sweep of the bathroom was needed, esp. since we had a small child. The room was too warm even with the heater off which wasn’t very comfortable. There was no dental kit given (chargeable).

Very nice friendly and helpfull staff. They give us a very welkom feeling! Nice room with everything we need. The breakfast is delicious. Close to the metrostation to go downtown.
