We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very kind (Eli, Stanley, Robert, in fitness room and in breakfast room) and it was very comfortable. I really liked the steam room and the relaxation bed afterwards. The breakfast was delicious. I thought it was an oasis in the middle of the city. Thank you very much.

Presidential room wasn’t as lavish as expected from Ritz Carlton. Some things didn’t work (like the scales in the bathroom).

We had a great stay at the Ritz, unfortunately, due to Covid, many parts of the hotel were closed including the restaurant. Our room and the buffet at breakfast were great! The location is excellent.

The hotel from the start or our stay to the end of our stay; the hotel was amazing! The staff, the facilities, the room, the food and the the deal of club lounge room deal. Amazing! We signed up to the room with the club lounge and the staff are so warm and happy to help and also with drinks, delicious food to you table and guidance for where to find places. The perfect touch of everything in English and staff mostly can speak English. Perfect place and well worth the money!

Nice view to Tianfu Square and at the same time very quiet room. Delicious breakfast and nice 38th floor lounge area. Friendly staff and room service. Check in and check out very smoothly. Further questions asked via e-mail they replied very quickly. Additional pillow.

It's probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at in China. The staff have an impeccable attention to detail, extremely friendly, speak English. Breakfast large, with good variety (a juice bar!). A Michelin rated restaurant is on site. Very cool bar with unique cocktails (Szechuan Hot Pot Tequila??). Pool and gym are fine, hot tub in the changing room is a nice addition.

Honestly I don't think there were any issues at all - maybe the location - while there is some stuff (restaurants, bars, convenience stores) around it's not like a super trendy area or anything. Had to take a 5-10 min taxi to tourist hot spots.

My stay was exceptional. Every member of staff committed to making me as comfortable as possible, from the cleaner to the receptionists. Breakfast was amazing.

very good service and comfortable rooms. located in the center of the city next to tianfu square and chunxi road. peoples park also not far away. breakfast buffet is good. nice view from room and lobby on the surrounding city. rooms are nicely equipped, cleaning service very good and very friendly. some restaurants inside the hotel tower, also a SPA included. want to stay a full day at the hotel, you will have a lot of opportunities to relax and eat and enjoy yourself!

basically there are two points to mention what makes my recommendation marked a 9 instead of a 10. first of all, the food quality (delivery to room) should be better. food should be delivered hot and more tasty. secondly, the SPA should be cleaned more regularly.

The best service ！.during our stay all the stuff was very helpful,everyone spoke English ,very friendly. Nice Jacuzzi with a view also the swimming pool.Everything very clean .spices restaurant was great .Flair is okay i enjoyed the cocktails. dj not as good

My husband and I visited Chengdu to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. The staff at Ritz Carlton made our stay absolutely fabulous. They have decorated our room with balloons and rose petals. The service was great, the room was clean, the location is excellent.

Excellent service, amazing preparation in the room for the first day of our honey moon. Special decoration and small gift from the hotel.

Nothing to complain

The service here is simply amazing. As my daughter said, "It seems like we could ask for anything and they would be glad to bring it to us!" Nice bathroom, very quiet. I like the somewhat classic style of the place.

The room was smaller than I expected, and the club was closed for COVID -- this was a real disappointment as that was the reason I agreed to such a high price. They tried to make up for it though and did pretty well with that.

It’s very clean, quiet, beautiful hotel. The staff was great, in particular Frank! He was very informative with info about a trip, and even made a snack and water bag for us to take. He also gave a great recommendation for some local food. Breakfast is very good, they have a wide selection of delicious foods

The only small thing that could be improved is the lounge bar isn’t prepared for someone to have a cocktail. I went for a drink around 6pm but they first handed me a coffee/tea menu, they had to go find a wine/drinks menu. When I had a drink they didn’t bring any kind of snack which is usually customary in hotel lounge bars. I was the only one there, so maybe it’s something that can be improved to bring in more people to sit there for an evening drink
