There was enough space for everyone in
the group. Good location, easy and
understandable instructions and access.
Needs to be ventilated a bit better, as
it was hot at first.

Very spacious and renovated apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped. It’s illuminated with natural light .
Very good atmosphere
There was a strong smell of cigarettes, probably because of the carpet that covered part of apartment’s floor and caught the smell .
But after the stuff cleaned it with a steam the smell gone .

Spacious and comfortable. The apartment has everything you need in it for your stay. The two bathrooms/showers come in handy when getting ready if there is a group of you staying. You can walk to the old town within half an hour or 5/10 mins by taxi. There is a supermarket next to the apartment too for anything you might need and a bar just round the corner who were very friendly and welcoming.

Good location located near to tram stop and nice restaurants. Very clean and everything we needed in the apartment. Link to useful information was great.

Apartament is big and nice inside. That's all. Rest is tragedy.
Localisation: worst part of Riga, looks like after nuclear war. Terrible noise upstairs, party until 4 am. Screams, loud music. Personel wasn't answer the phone.
Temperature inside apartment was unacceptable high. All windows open, so loud traffic (cars goes very fast, playing loud music and scratching tires) was like 2 meters from us. No air condition.

Perfect place for a big company. Enough place for 11+ people. Free parking. Public transport stops and several grocery stores nearby.

The apartment was very spacious and completely met our expectations. The flat was clean, beds very comfortable and we loved the small welcoming gift (Latvian sweets and tea). Even though the apartment isn't very close to the city center, it is easy to get there (you can always go for a nice walk or order a taxi). The price is very competitive, taking into account the size of the apartment and its equipment - you will find everything you need for your stay in Riga. There's a good wifi connection, smart TV, a lot of kitchen equipment, tap with drinking water, towels and toiletries. There is a big supermarket 10 minutes walking. When it comes to your check-in, it's very easy - the owner sends you a link with detailed instructions, recommendations and tips about exploring Riga (transportation, restaurants etc.). I recommend this apartment for group of friends or family - our stay was perfect!
