El restaurant a la carta super bien, rica comida. Las habitaciones confortables. La atencion de la Recepcionista y del personal en general muy bien, todos muy amables.

todo bien , solo me preocuparia que lo que se ofrece para el desayuno no se termine hasta que se cumpla la hora del desayuno. Igual excelente atencion y disposicion, no te apuran, y si tienen stock para reponer lo hacen
Revisar frenos de las camas, tuvimos que cambiarnos de pieza pues nuestras camas no se podian frenar.
habernos tenido que cambiar a la unica pieza disponible que era para lisiados, por tanto con algunas incomodidades para nosotros en el bano, pero bien

The hotel is in Vicuña, which is centrally located for exploring the Elqui Valley. The hotel is walkable to the stores, sights, and restaurants in the town.. They have access to a big securely fenced parking lot that has an electric gate that the desk clerk can open and watch by CCTV. The rooms and breakfast are very good, and the desk clerk is helpful. The hotel has a nice garden and some architectural charm.
The secure parking is one-half block down the street, but guests can drop off luggage in the reserved on-street space and drive ahead to park. The side of the hotel that faces Yungay Street gets nighttime noise from stray dogs barking and fighting. Not the hotel's fault, but you can ask for a room facing away from Calle Yungay is this a concern.

Lovely rooftop terrace
To access the heating/air conditioning control you have to pull a chair over to get up on because it is on the ceiling. And this in an accessible room!
Things that were not ideal for an accessible room: the bed is very high for a person in wheelchair to transfer to, the shower head was not able to be lowered, the shower chair should have a higher backing

Very comfortable and tranquil stay in beautiful Vicuna. Great breakfast selection. Super helpful staff! We also paid extra for the jacuzzi, which was perfect after a day of biking - moon and stars were out!

They closed the rooftop bar and restaurant without notice or explanation. Staff acting like robots, giving generic answers/justifications.

The location in central Vicuna was nice. The hot tub on the roof top was incredible and the bar area was really nice. The room was very spacious for two people. They did a good job with breakfast given the COVID restrictions.
They didnt clean our room often (but when they did it was great!). The food at the restaurant was very limited and not great. In fact in Vicuna itself not many options for food / dinner. The hotel is old, hasnt been maintained well. It says it is a 4 star hotel but without any of the 4 star features.

Very nice personnel, as I had the son of a Chilean friend with me without an official authorization, the chief director took care about this situation and contacted the father; resultr was everything was okej! Muchas gracias senor :-) The Hotel itself was very good, spacy room, perfectly clean and comfortable. Safe parking and quiet room, walking distance to the main place Plaza de Armas etc. warm regards from Europe :-) Manuel & Martin
Well, I do know coffee is usually Nespresso in Chile (bad enough as it grows in neighboring countries) but this coffe for breakfast was so thin, just not drinkable grrhh, really not a big deal but could be improved easily, please do so por favor esp. in a 4**** resort, regards Martin
