Everything! The room, the pool, the location, so romantic! The breakfast was amazing! The staff was so nice! There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. The hotel is in this amazing romantic town. They have this cozy restaurant in the center of it and we went to dinner there.

The location was ok.

Overpriced facility, way too expensive for what you get. Room was very small and not properly cleaned. Pillows were damaged. Breakfast ends at 10.00 but at 09.40 we were refused a cooked omelette because the waitress would not light the stove again. We were told on the phone that there would be a lift (my son is disabled) to take us to our rooms, but this was not the case. We ended up paying €40 extra for an upgrade that was neither necessary nor worth it. Not a disabled friendly establishment!

The location of the hotel is excellent, in the middle of the mountain. Great view and very nice village.

The annex is in the middle of the village and not directly attached to the hotel. The furnishing of the room is rather cheap, everything from Ikea and the bed needs a new mattress. The hotelier asked us to check out 5 minutes after 11 and was a bit unfriendly.

Settled in the quiet town of Oprtalj. It’s a great strategic location for exploring northern Istria. There are a lot of wineries and great restaurants no more than 15 minutes away by car. The breakfast was decent and the staff is friendly.

Breakfast was OK, the staff was helpful and very friendly. Location is OK and peaceful.

Cleanliness was below expectations. If that is five star hotel and for that price, everyone expect everything on that level. Dusty window sills, dusty table, lamps, hairs on the flor and in the bathtub, spider nest in the corners and in the edges of furniture, a dead bugs on the flor, etc... - that is not the right level of the hotel which one they advertise. I understand problems of the bugs (they call them "stinky martins"), but problems is solvable (clean all window frames inside where that bugs have nests, preventive application of scent that repels them, etc....). Is not funny spent a lot of time to remove average 50 bugs every day from the room. The bugs are not harmful but they are disturbing. If I can do that, I am sure they can do it, or that is not the hotel on that level. It will be very good to have a small refrigerator in the room and some drinks in it. They advertise fitness, but sorry folks - three devices in the same place were the wellness area is - that is not fitness. That is disturbing for those who want working-out and also for the people who want just relaxing in that area (and primarily that is wellness area - there is jacuzzi and saunas area).

the Location is nice, but it takes a while to get to the surrounding area. if you are looking for a quiet, remote location, this is great!

This was an incredible place to stay! We were in the “annex” location in the small village. Wow! It was beautiful, quiet, felt incredible to be in the old yet beautifully redone building! Easy walk to the main building where we enjoyed the sauna and hot tub!! The morning breakfast was fantastic! Highly recommend staying here!
