Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sogar so, dass wir sm Abend nur einmal außerhalb essen waren und sonst immer „zu Hause“ gekocht haben. Die Dachterrasse ist sensationell, groß mit einem tollen Ausblick zum Meer. Große Supermärkte sind sogar zu Fuß rasch erreichbar. Der Vermieter war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

Da die Wohnung im letzten Stock ist und es keinen Aufzug gibt, mussten wir unser Gepäck hochschleppen. Aber das haben wir für die eine Woche und die schöne Unterkunft gerne in Kauf genommen.

Gyönyörű, tökéletesen felszerelt apartman. Bekészített pipere cikkek, aprósütemény. Pazar tetőterasz. Egy utcára a tengerparttól, rövid sétára az óvárostól. Könnyű be- és kijelentkezés.

Minden tökéletes volt, ha muszáj valamit írni… a szúnyogháló hiányzott az ablakokról.

Nice flat on 4rd floor located in second row street (aprox 80) from the main Alghero beach and beach promenade to old city (15minute walk) Super see view balcone and big roof terace. Well equipted kitchen, 2 rooms, one bath room, big kitchen and comfy living room area. Good enough restauratns 100 meter, but wort to walk down to the city where you can find excellent restaurants. I recomend more drive or use public transportation to Maria pia beach. Wort to visit Neptune grotto as well. Free of charge parking possibilities on streets around.

Only the bed was to soft for me (100kg) but owner told me that is going to replace the mattress.

Great view of Alghero and the setting sun over the sea from the apartment. Very modern comfortable aparament.

Raffaele was very helpful and gave details of key collection before our arrival. The penthouse is very spacious and has everything you need for your stay - a very well equipped kitchen, washing machine, towels and toiletries and air conditioning. The roof terrace has stunning views and has a seated area, sun beds and dining table and chairs.

Just a note for potential travellers with mobility issues - the property is on the third floor (66 steps) and does not have a lift. There is also a spiral staircase upto the roof terrace. It is also a 20-30 minute walk to old town Alghero.

The property is in an excellent location . The rooftop is a great space . The flat was very clean and had everything you need. The host is an absolute gentleman and helped when we encountered travel issues from Cagliari and recommended a taxi and could not do enough to help .

Many thanks Raphaele, it was a great time at the fabulous penthouse with a very lovely design, very clean and comfortable and with such an amazing view from the living room and especially from the terrace! One of the most beautiful sunsets we have seen so far!!!
