Awesome spacious accommodation and right in the middle of town. Perfect. Clean and great staff too.

The space and decor was perfect

We had no heating or hot water until morning when someone came to help.

We love the location of this flat. We have stayed with Stay Cooper multiple times now. This flat has lots of charm and character. We appreciate having two WCs as traveling this time as a group of friends. It is very close to everything including the Archiological Museum.

Some friends didn't like the stairs but 2 of us love the stairs.

WiFi was slow and unreliable, picking up parking ticket in a bar ~ 7 minutes walk is awkward No Microwave??? Suitable for families not for two couples since one bedroom entrance is from the second bedroom

Difficult to take our bikes and packs up to the fourth floor.

Easy entry with door code. In the center. Near the garage with underground parking and discount on parking.

The rooms were connected, so to go to the bathroom from the master bedroom, you had to pass through the second bedroom. No liquid soap in the bathroom soap dispenser.

Location was great, size of the flat. Comfy beds and good facilities.

Broken chairs in the bedroom, and slight mould on the bathroom.

Everything was perfect, except of the air conditioning. It was not strong enough to cover all the rooms and if you open a window then it’s too loud outside to have it open through the night for example.

Only one AC unit for the whole apartment and it was very hot. Brds were yoo hard and not comfortable

Perfect location in the middle of Bozen.

Communication about parking is a bit confusing - it says you have to go to the Bistro first for the ticket - it is the other way round. Parking the car at “Parkhaus Waltherplatz” and just before leaving the garage, you have to go to the Bistro for a 2€ discount on the parking ticket.

Fantastic location in the historical town.

We were two couples staying in the apartment. Master bedroom was perfect, but the second bedroom was adjoining to the master bedroom, so if you needed to use the bathroom the person from the master bedroom had to walk through the second bedroom. I would if I was the owner put the second bedroom as the living room and change living room into a second bedroom as there is a door to use the bathrooms without disturbing anyone.

The location is central albeit very noisy, you need to keep the windows closed to hear your thoughts. Staff was also easy to communicate with and tried to be helpful.

Don’t fall for the pictures of the spacious, light, beautiful place! The apartment is furnished with a collection of random low quality furniture. Sofas are breaking and the beds have old uncomfortable mattresses. Window handles are falling off. There was no supply of dishwasher tablets or washing machine tablets, only 2 coffee pods for 8 days. These are non expensive items but would make the stay a bit easier. The flat needs a deep cleaning also, it has been just wiped clean. When you pay over €200 a night you expect more than shared student hostel quality!

The apartment was awesome! Very spacious and comfortable. Great location and had everything we needed and more. We would definitely stay here again.
