Wow... Simply one of the best holiday house we've ever had. Upon arrival we we're welcomed by Alessandra who explained everything very well detailed. We were given a tour of the house where she told the story of her father. How he designed and created the houses. A bit emotional and there you see the passion. In the beginning we had a little issue with the drainage of the shower. A call to them and they came immediatly to fix it. This is a perfect house if you want to have a relaxed holiday. The house was very clean. It had airconditioning in every room. The garden had a barbecue and the roofterras had a nice view of a beatifull sunset. The town is very accessible and the locals very friendly. Make sure you ask for advise. Alessandra and Cinzia will gladly help you. They'll give you advise on where to eat and what to visit. Thank you for the very nice holiday we had in one of your houses.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The roof terrace was great too. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Short walk to the beach, supermarket and ice-cream shop. Would recommend.

Can be done without a car but would be better with transport

The very and kind host and helpful. The house has a garden and on 2nd(roof) floor terrace accessible via external steps. The city beach is close only 10 minutes on foot. The house has 2 air conditioning in the kitchen/living room and in bedroom.

The reception where you pick up the keys is about 850m from house. The child playground which is on the pictures on booking.com is next to the reception too far from house. The rubish which you separate in house, you have to bring at end of your stay to dedicated area next to the reception , You cannot let the rubish near the house.

Located in a silent village, very close to the beach. Friendly hosts. It's a traditional house with two little terraces, grill and comfortable rooms. Easy free parking. Clean. Nice for a family holiday.

Close to beach, shop & restaurants

Accommodation spacious, lots of storage, clean, plenty of outdoor space, balcony and terrace, great sea and mountain views, quiet inside property. Kitchen and bathroom facilities good.

Could have benefitted with electric kettle and toaster. Wasn't keen hearing tennis court in use in evening.

The host was really helpfull and kind. We felt like at home. The accomodation was really gorgeous and spacious with seaview terrace. The kitchen was wery well eqquiped. The appartment is walking distance to the sea, restaurant and supermarket. I highly recommend.

Siza of the villa and layout.

No welcome book available. This would be useful for using the TV and which nationality the channels are, where the nearest supermarket it and where to place the bins for collection. Bed linen was missing for one of the rooms and no tea towel for the Kitchen. Also matches were need to use the stove and none were available, as non smokers this meant being unable to cook or have a hot drink the first night.

House is really nice and spacious, close to the beach. Nice for 2-days rest during our holliday in Sardinia.

Google maps doesnt give right spot for the reception, so we had quite a challenge to get our keys and find the house, because they are closed on sunday. It would be much easier to send some info through booking or on mail. Also we didnt like the beach close by so much, but it was ok for one day.

The staff was very nice and the land lady was incredible. She will blow you away with her stories and inner energy - if you get a chance certainly do not miss the opportunity to talk to her

Great location for reaching the various beaches and other points of interest nearby by car. The layout and style of the holiday village was quaint and the roof top made for perfect sunset viewing.

Vila is way bigger than in the pictures. It's absolutely stunning and the terrace at the top is incredible. We had pleasant stay.

It was an amazing stay for a family vacation. Perfect location, clean houses, very friendly host. The town is quiet and small, so it is necessary to have your own vehicle for better mobility around the neighbourhood.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was a spacious, clean, well-equipped kitchen; we were charmed by the spacious terrace, where we spent most of our time. The apartment also had a terrace on the roof with a view of the sea and the surrounding area. There was a well-equipped shop, cafe, restaurant and gelateria nearby. Beach approx. 400m, clean, wide, and bars also offered beach service. They were very pleasant and helpful at the reception. Just a perfect place for a vacation.

The area was nice , quite and close to the sea.

The apartment is good but some slight things I would give it a 10 some things were missing at the apartment like kettle,iron board, but when we phoned the reception they brought us one.

The rooftop terrace with sea and mountain view was wonderful. The style, shape of apartment was so different and unique. This apartment had an adjoining door so for a larger family or two is ideal. The outside area on ground floor was pleasantly protected from sun with lovely shrubs. All facilities, fridge, oven etc all in great working order. Sufficient space for living. BBQ oven available for use. Air conditioning in working order and not overly loud. Very short walk to the local beach and so many beaches to discover along the 15k coastline. A vehicle is necessary to enjoy this area to its fullest.

Apartment was large, with good equipment and close to the beach (less then 5 minutes walk)

Some parts of the equipment would need some attention, especially in the bathroom - shower curtain is too narrow and shower rug is missing, so you need to mop the floor each time; toilet seat would need to be changed.

No washing liquid or sponge in the kitchen. We had to pay extra for bedding and towels.

One of the best places I have ever visited in Italy. Really great location, beautiful place, very calm and quiet. Communication with host perfect! I recommend to all people who are planning to visit Sardinia.
