In one word: perfect. The genuine hospitality, the house, the pool, the garden and of course the beautiful surroundings. Highly recommended!

Chiara, our host, was fantastic. She organised everything from boat trips to restaurant bookings. She was available 24/7, nothing was too much trouble and she couldn't have done more to ensure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The cakes and pastries were a lovely touch.

Everything was great. The house and grounds were beautiful and maintained to a high standard. The pool was cleaned daily and the bedsheets and towels were refreshed weekly or more frequently, as desired.

The house was gorgeous and super well appointed. Ciara was a wonderful host. We loved our week there and looking forward to come back in the summer when the sunflowers are in bloom.

Lovely accommodation within the nature and sunflower fields. Excellent located next to Panicale and other cosy towns in the surroundings. The owner Chiara is a really good assistent and almost 24/7 available for questions and tips. See you next year!

What a brilliant two weeks. Podere Molinaccio is a beautiful property in an amazing location. Spacious, clean and comfortable, the house is great and the outside is fantastic - large garden and gorgeous pool / eating areas. Panicale itself is lovely - nice places to eat, (and great gelato!), and we enjoyed many lovely walks in the area. Lastly, Chiara is absolutely the perfect host - helpful, accommodating, unobtrusive and delightful. Grazie Chiara, we had a really fabulous holiday, thank you
