the staff were very friendly and helpful

our room was quite dirty. the shower had black mold in it and the bed sheets had stains all over them

The location is good, and the place looks okay for cleanliness but can be improved. It is a nice place if you want to just party. Good if you want to catch early morning flight

There was no wifi in the room , you have to go to the corridors for wifi. Lokers was out of battery, which was fixed by staf. It is difficult to sleep in night with all the noise around.

Common toilettes were dirty. Doesnt have elevator for the luggage room, so we had to go with our bags up the stairs.

The first night I noticed that the back side of the locker # 10 in room # 101 was broken and there was an opening big enough a person can put his hand inside. After I complained the guy at the reception came to check with me in the room and took my complain seriously and offered me the ditital safe for putting my valuable stuff into it as a replacement. Thanks, I'm really grateful for that.

Was everything clean, the room is kind big and comfortable bed.

Really noise the entire night. Make sure you like to party or noise because if you just want a place to sleep and relax after visiting the city, you should look after for another place. The music played down starts really loud and the room is not sound proof at all.

Cleanliness and good customer service

Water sometimes flood on the ground in the shower room. it doesn’t sink quickly.

Great location - it's in the city center. Comfy bed, good-sized lockers. Walking distance to shopping areas, bars, city sites/attractions and public transportations. Note that this is a party hostel and if you're an early bird and light sleeper this is not a hostel for you.

Don't get me wrong - I get that this is a party hostel and I expect to have a "party noise" coming from the bar but it is just too crazy loud - the doors and walls won't prevent your from hearing the loud sound coming from the bar at the ground floor. So lack of sleep that night. With my ear plugs on, it just doesn't work either. I cancelled my other booking and moved to another hostel.

Amazing location. Neat and tidy. Great staff, always there to help you. A lot of events organized by the hostel itself like boat party or walking tours that you can book. All in all, great stay and would love to come back.

It's not a negative, rather just a caution. It can be really loud till very late in the night. But it's a party hostel, hence no complaints. But don't book if you wanna sleep early or need a quiet room.
