Very clean apartment with lots of cooking equipment.
The fire alarm malfunctioned and would not stop beeping. It was dismantled but not replaced. We had to leave 24 hours earlier than planned because of expected tropical storm that did delay and cancel flights from Kona back to Honolulu and a connecting flight to Australia.

This place brought so much joy. The views!!! Excellent space and comfort. Had fun creating meals with local produce. Gear for adventures. A+++

Very clean condo. Very quiet. Enjoyed the pool and friendly residents. We love the location of Keauhou for the convenience. Only negative is the old mattress needs replacing. Pillows too.

This place was terrific! We loved the open and spacious floor plan upstairs with the huge deck. We were thrilled to be able to see the ocean and sunsets from the deck. We cook quite a bit and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We liked the how the bedroom/bath were downstairs and the kitchen/living area upstairs. The location was great, close to everything but also quiet and relaxing. Pool area was lovely! We would definitely stay here again. The only negative was that the mattress definitely needs replacing.

We really enjoyed our stay. Amazing views, great AC, well appointed kitchen, quiet and close to shopping center. A little south of downtown Kona so area is not as crowded. Nice to have washer and dryer too. Just a few negatives - mattress needs to be replaced and bathroom is small. Otherwise, highly recommend.

The place as advertised. We loved the view and quietness. It is clean, well maintained, and spacious. Kitchen is fully stocked with basics. We would suggest to replace the mattress and pillows. Otherwise, we are very happy 😊 Thank you.

The photos, descriptions, and reviews were all accurate -- this is a quiet, well maintained home with a great kitchen and an amazing view. My wife and I had a lovely stay here.
We discovered a walking shortcut through the pool area to get to the nearby mall for happy hour at Tropics. And the KTA supermarket had great stuff at reasonable prices.
The pool is really great too. All in all a wonderful stay.

Such a beautiful location. Private, quiet and secure. The surrounding landscape is well maintained with a variety of native plants and blooming flowers. The unit contains what is required and not extra knick knacks. Reserving was easy and any requests were quickly addressed. I would definetely stay here again. Good for a couple of one person.

I've stayed in Hawaii many times and this is one of the few times a place exceeded my expectations. It feels so much bigger than a one bedroom, and the lanais (porches) were amazing with amazing views. It is centrally located, quiet, and more private than I expected in a condo enclave.
The downstairs bedroom is large and airy. Our son stayed on the pull-out couch and thought it was totally comfortable. There are plenty of implements in the kitchen for cooking. We would 100% stay there again.

This location with its beautiful, peaceful view of lush plants and the ocean and sunset is the best we found staying in at least 6 different condo complexes throughout Keauhou-Kona area over the years. So close to the shopping center with its grocery store, drug store, restaurants, theater... is perfect for providing everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

Beautiful place in an excellent location. Walkable to the beach, shopping center. We loved the view from the upper lanai and the pools in the complex! Also appreciated all the beach gear and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Nice rental close to beaches, grocery stores and restaurants. Everything works well, including AC for each level. Bathroom and bedroom are on lower level, so you need to be able to regularly use the stairs. Nice bag of beach gear including chairs, snorkels and umbrella.

We have stayed at Keahou resort many times, we even stayed in this Condo years ago, before Reno’s. Owners have done a good job updating with taste and thought. This is the only time we have come across a unit with air conditioning, what a bonus! The views off the 2 lanais are breathtaking! The gardens are true Hawaii. Only 2 things to mention, they need to buy a small pot for oatmeal, etc as a lot of couples would be renting a 1 bedroom place, there were only larger pots for cooking. The other issue, big disappointment for us, as we had enjoyed barbecue on our own lanai before, they are now central. That was one of the unique features of Keahou resort that we enjoyed. It’s still my favorite place though, my happy place.

Gute Wahl
Perfekt ausgestattete Ferienunterkunft. Vom Badehandtuch bis zur kompletten Kücheneinrichtung alles vorhanden. Sehr ruhige und entspannte Nachbarschaft. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war unkompliziert und angemessen.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder buchen!

Wonderful Quiet and Beautiful
The property was in a perfect location for access to all the sites on the Big Island. We easily walked to the marina to board the Fairwinds for a snorkel trip to Kealakekua Bay! The lanai has a beautiful view of the ocean and of the tropical landscape surrounding the condo and was so quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was perfectly equipped and the bed was so comfortable we slept better than at home. We will be back!

Paradise
Everything you would ever need is in this lovely condo. We stayed 10 days and never heard or saw our neighbors. The sunsets are amazing. One suggestion would be that they put in an upstairs air conditioner. We stayed home one day and it was too hot to be upstairs…it would have been nice to take advantage of the upstairs more.

Everything you need
We loved our short time on the property and wished we could have stayed longer. Clean, well-furnished and well-provisioned with anything you might need for cooking, sleeping, for the beach and for the pool. Near Keauhou Bay (walking distance) if you want sea adventures like snorkeling tours, manta ray dives, other rentals. Also, beautiful palm tree and ocean view on the lanai.

Highly recommend staying at this condo! It’s a perfect setting for a couple. Condo is situated at a high enough elevation to view the sunset over the condos below, but close enough to walk to the ocean in 5 minutes (also great for sunsets!). Easy walking access to the snorkel boats to Captain Cook monument (which is a highly recommended day trip!) Parking is right outside the front door, which was very convenient. Just far enough away from downtown Kona, but close enough to be there in 10 minutes for a meal or poke. Condo is fully stocked with all you need for your stay: kitchenware, beach towels, washer/dryer, first aid kit, soaps, yoga mat, etc. A/C in the downstairs bedroom was a major plus. Only downside is the top floor gets hot during the mid- to late afternoon on sunny days, so plan to be on the lanai or pool/beach, what an inconvenience ;-) Easy to recommend!

June Stay
Property is nicely located. A/C is only in the one bedroom. Quite a few areas of dust that I hope get addressed. Everything else was great. Property management was very helpful. Finding the location was not the easiest the first time.

Makes me want to come back!
This was my 1st visit to the Big Island. Staying at 113 certainly set the hook for my coming back. It’s a comfortable distance from the airport and Kailua-Kona. It’s also convenient for exploring all the way to the Southern tip. The view from our deck was beautiful and relaxing. The unit itself was nicely stocked with amenities; cooking tools, 2 nice TV’s (don’t know if they actually work as we never turned them on, LOL), beach supplies, laundry supplies, etc.
The unit is a split level 1 bedroom so if stairs are an issue this might not be the best unit for you. The bedroom, bathroom & laundry are all on the ground level, maybe 10 steps down from the entry. The kitchen, dining, living area are on level 2, about 10 steps up from the entry.
As previously mentioned in the description of the unit and in reviews; there is only one portable air conditioner and that is nicely set up in the bedroom. We only ever used it for maybe 15 minutes to cool the bedroom before sleep. We are from the PNW so are used to a cool bedroom. If the air conditioner had not been there we could have slept with just the ceiling fan. By the way the fan is the quietest fan I’ve ever experienced, no sound at all!!
We only had time to use the pool area once and I really regret that!! The area is modest in size but well appointed with two pools. I really appreciated that one was in full sun while the other in the shade at mid-afternoon - great for those wanting to avoid too much sun.
Bring binoculars!! There was lots of activity on the water as viewed from the upper deck but too far to really appreciate without binoculars. Also, there are many birds in the trees/foliage.

Beautiful condo
Very nice condo with beautiful view. Complex is quiet and does a nice job of hiding parking and street views with all the beautiful foliage. Condo had everything you might want except there is nothing in the way of condiments if you like to cook. Grocery store close by has a great selection. Walking distance to nearby Kahaluu snorkle beach. Air conditioning available but we didn’t need it as there are ceiling fans and there is a nice cross breeze. Beach toys, cooler and chairs for use also. Was nice to be able to park in front of your front door. I would recommend this condo for a couple or a couple with small children as there is only the one bathroom.

Great condo and location.
This was a great condo for our stay in Hawaii. It was a perfect location, a few miles away from the craziness of Ali'i Dr. It was very quiet and offered a great view of the ocean. Everything was perfect, I would highly recommend this condo.
