Having a stove

The apartment was lovely and had everything you could possibly need. Sandy took time to give us answers to everything we needed about the area. The apartment was spacious and clean.

Little to far from the beach area mainly because my friend uses a walker and she couldn’t walk that far. The beach we wanted to attend had no area to park. It would be fine for anyone able to walk a few blocks.

I loved everything about the property. The owners are exceptional.

The location is excellent though you will need your GPS to make all of the turns to find the house. Once you do it, it is much easier. Near two small beaches if you are looking for that. Access to town is good by car or bike.

Nothing to complain about. It was comfortable with nice seating for meals and a comfortable couch for tv watching if you are doing that. Could warn travelers to bring a hair dryer if they need one.

the owners! the COOLEST couple I have ever met. so accommodating. even drove me to town to get groceries. I left feeling like their adopted niece. the place is in such a beautiful setting. everything you need especially if you cook your own food while traveling. bed is super comfy. just peaceful and great value.

The property was very well maintained, exceptionally clean, neat well resourced for linens, pillows, comforters e, towels soap, and a kitchen that would allow meal preparation etc and food storage. The host was very helpful and had prepared the room with everything needed, written explanations for media access, beach access, contact information.

Location is fairly remote from downtown Guilford…which we preferred but others may not….not as close to Mercy Retreat Center where we attended a conference as other lodgings but the beauty of the area , privacy and clean updated room, bath and kitchenette made up for any travel time needed…

The apartment is lovely, comfortable, spacious, and situated in a beautiful neighborhood, just a couple of blocks from the shoreline. Our host was very gracious. If you are so inclined, the rental comes with the option of using the host's kayaks, beach chairs, and umbrellas on a nearby beach.

The bed is full-size, not queen or king, so if you are accustomed to more space - or if you are a light sleeper and your companion tends to move around a lot - you may not love this aspect.
