Perfect location (quite central and still quiet). Spaceous rooms. Friendly staff. Clean.

Breakfast could be improved. Daily fresh fruits or yoghurt along with the choice from the menu. "Wood works", could need some renovation on the wooden doors so that there is no "gap" anymore to allow moscitos to come in. But the friendly staff helped me out with a fan, so I was happy with that solution.

A lovely property in a great location in Central Phnom Penh near the riverfront, National Museum and Royal Palace. Excellent, welcoming staff.

Room on the ground floor was a little noisy sometimes from activity in the central courtyard.

Hotel located really close to the main touristic attractions, silent, clean and nice room. Good breakfast with both local and international choice of meals from menu. Tuk Tuk available in the front of hotel.

the room was large, comfortable, clean and stylish. the whole hotel was really nice and all the staff were helpful and friendly. It’s close by to lots and easy to get a tuk tuk or taxi from.

Rooms are quite large and the breakfast was reasonable.

Rooms have bare flooring and the standard of cleaning was poor. Some staff, particularly the gentleman at breakfast were sullen and unfriendly. Our TV had absolutely no reception and was impossible to watch. When showering, the water was either boiling hot or cold-it was difficult to attain the correct temperature. There are undoubtedly better options than this for the money.

Breakfast was OK. Very nice plate of fruits. Decoration was amazing, very tasteful. Very large room. Staff super friendly. Clean.

A few things I did not like about the room. It's very large and the ac is opposite to the bed. It takes too much time to cool down the bedroom and they turn it off when I go out. The TV screen is quite small but definitely too small because too far from the bed. The bathroom area is separated from the bedroom by walls not going up the ceiling, leaving an open area between the bathroom and the bedroom : lights, smells and noises from the bathroom at night can bother the partner staying in bed. My room was on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Tuktuks / PassApp drivers outside of the hotel were quite aggressive if you don't choose to go with them.

Great location and breakfast being included for the price was an added bonus. breakfast was good with enough choice for us. I can’t get bored of banana pancake. staff were very friendly and the whole place was really quiet. being at the back of another property means you don’t get a lot of street noise. they were very good at extending our stay by the day as we had to start an extra week.

beds were a bit hard and two pillows each would have been nice. I’m not sure about the rattan beds for cleanliness. apart from that no complaints.

Good location for riverside. Upgraded to bigger room with bath!

For an older person, being on the third floor with no lift was disappointing. What looked like a possible garden in the photo, turned out to be a well positioned single pot plant. The entrance is so anonymous that tuk tuk often don't know of it or can't spot it.

I like the location of the hotel.

The hotel is not what I was hoping for. I booked a room with a balcony but they gave me a room without. Also, the place is old, and bed linen and towels are not clean.

It is clean, they clean the room and make the bed everyday. It is located very close to the national museum and the royal palace (within walkable distance). There are some bars/places near by, also within walking distance. The breakfast is good with a lot of options.

The bathroom is not a separated room, it is just divided with a curtain. For some reason, as decoration there is a line of rocks in the bathroom floor that we constantly hit ourselves with, which ended up in a few toe injuries (so please be careful). The view is literally the back of someone's house. The tuktuk drivers that are waiting outside the hotel can literally walk into the main floor (there is not door to the outside, it is just a walkway that leads to a central patio from which you enter the rooms) so it is a bit unsafe and the tuktuk drivers are quite insistent that you go with them, which is not great if you are planning to walk or take grab tuktuk If you pay with credit card there is an extra of 3%, not hight but you should take this into consideration

10 mins from Royal palace, riverside and restaurants area.

Booked for 1 night, they give me a room in the 3rd floor. Would be easier to stay in the 1st floor
