Si hubiera que hacer constar algo, me sentí algo presionado por el equipo de limpieza a la hora de salir.

Location of the apartment is near the Russell square station. And also within walking distance to King's cross railway station

We stay at 3/F where we need to walk up a steep staircase. Senior travelers recommended to stay at lower level accommodation.

There where issues with the water in the toilet and sink. Sink water was discolored and toilet water would stay running for a while after flushing

I liked the location, the size of the flat, the cleanliness, the comfortable bed, the clear instructions from the owners.

The noise of other tenants, the heat of the heated towel rail in the bathroom which couldn't be turned off, the noise of the refrigerator coming on during the night, the broken light in the bathroom.

Clean and spacious. Great location.Nice community and surroundings with many small restaurants, caffes and shops where local people come. Close to British Museum.

Very steep stairs not suitable for elderly people or the ones with hurting legs. This should have been mentioned at the pre-booking stage. I asked for the lower level appartment and got the one on the mid-level. The bed for 2 people should be at least 160 cm wide, not 140. .

Location was ideal. Useful to have a lock box, as one person did not have to carry the key (which would limit the other as to when they could enter, if not out together).

The pipes from flats upstairs ran through our room, and it was noisy during the night. The pigeons and seagulls made quite a racket early in the morning on the roof outside the windows of the apartment. The staircase to the flat was quite steep and narrow. Not an issue for us, but could be for older less mobile people.

The flat is quite spacious.

Loud noise from the street throughout the whole night. Bathroom smelled of cat piss.

could have been cleaned better. There were hairs all in the shower and floor prior to arrival.

The location was excellent. Small neat and clean .

No lift - had to carry heavy suitcases up 2 flights of narrow stairs . Not sound proofed. Difficulty using the stovetop and it never got hot enough to cook on.

Tea and Coffee was good to have, some milk would have been a helpful thing to add.

The room is as described. The team responds to messages immediately. When I needed extra items a person brought it in an hour 😃👍🏻

well ..that I had to carry my bag three floors but to be fair, it was clearly mentioned before I booked that there is no elevator

Clean, bright and modern apartment with kitchenette that included a nespresso machine, kettle, microwave and cooktop. Windows could be opened for fresh air. Heating was good. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Table and chairs were useful to have.

If the windows were double glazed it would shut out all the street noise.

strange smell in the communal hallways - damp? A bit noisy depending on the other guests in the other apartments.

Not well sign posted and easy to miss. The only place to securely store luggage prior to checkin or after checking out was at their office about 3 miles away which was incredibly inconvenient. The self-checkin service was fine but to many others can also be construed as impersonal. Sound insulation can and should be improved.

there’s little to no soft furnishings - it’s wooden floors so it echos and there’s a lot of internal and street noise. also, tiny thing, but kind of you to provide tea and coffee - like 20 of each but no milk.

The check-in instructions were clear and there were no issues getting into the property. It was very quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a kitchenette, hanging space for clothes, an iron and ironing board, a shower and a bed, which is all I need.

The room was on the fifth floor, so quite a walk up the stairs. That wasn't a problem for me and is common in London, but something for travellers with mobility issues to consider. The plug on the iron was damaged and potentially dangerous. To be fair, I reported when I left and the hosts said they'd fix it.
