Hotel is a tranquil, oasis away from the busy Amritsar. Pool is lovely as is the restaurant, the veg biriani is the best I’ve ever had.

The music played during the day detracted from the peaceful atmosphere. Staff turned it down when requested.

Small hotel with excellent service and food

Everything has a story behind this property. The staff is courteous and friendly. very cooperative and understanding. the rooms are spotless clean and has a beautiful fragrance when you enter. Room service and restaurant are super good - I think we had best chai in all of Amritsar here. must try - chicken in Chinese style spicy

Location is a bit far away, they should have more options for taxis and cabs , they can arrange cabs only for 4 hours or 8 hours which is a waste of money if you just need a drop. I would suggest tp book an Uber or Ola to commute. Wifi is poor , it need a lot of improvement. if you need to get some work related stuff, you can’t rely on the hotels Wifi

Loved the stay , the staff and the ambience is very calming ... This is probably the first stay we loved wholly which is pet friendly. Will surely visit whenever we happen to visit amritsar again.

No even a single thing

The staff attitude is great. Concept is good. Good quality and options are good. General ambience is fair and comfortable.

The detailing if the property needs to be looked at; - The rooms, the doors don’t shut properly, letting in cold/ hot air taking the cost of air conditioning up. - The taps/ faucets are not detailed leading to lot of splashing in the toilets. Lighting is low, it takes extremely long for hot water to travel probably because of central system… lot of wastage of water. - switches need to be better coordinated with lights and some extra lights over the dress area. -would like to come back and see if our recommendations were considered.
