Emplacement très pratique, que ça soit pour arriver rapidement de l'aéroport ou pour rentrer le soir : très central ! Terrasse privative très chouette, utilisée un soir (dommage nous sommes en hiver, les soirées sont fraîches ! 😉) Les propriétaires sont très accessibles et répondent facilement aux questions.

Pour un appartement pour 10 à 12 personnes, il manque clairement de la vaisselle, les 9 chaises de la cuisine sont (très) abîmées pour certaines (assise fendue, limite cassée), le salon ne peut pas accueillir 9-10 personnes assises. Enfin il est annoncé qu'il y a une machine à café, en réalité ce sont une cafetière manuelle et 2 autres toutes petites... A 9 personnes nous avons passé beaucoup de temps à le préparer, cafetière après cafetière... Nous avons demandé une machine à café plus grosse et nous n'en avons pas eu. Dommage !

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet Platz auch für größere Gruppen. Es gibt vier Zimmer, drei Bäder, das war fein, weil somit jeder von uns ein eigenes Bad hatte (haben nur 3 Zi genutzt). Die dazugehörige Dachterrasse ist ein Traum, sie ist groß, bietet eine tolle Aussicht und lässt die Sonne gut genießen (gibt aber auch Schatten). Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Wohnung ist zwar im Prinzip gut gelegen, mann kann viele Hotspots zu Fuß erreichen, aber sie ist unglaublich laut in der Nacht (obwohl im 5. Stock). Man hört leider jeden Straßenlärm. Außerdem hat sie keinen Lift, was mit dem Gepäck (und auch Einkauf) etwas mühsam ist.

The hosts were expecting us at the location and gave us a tour of the house. They were very nice and helpful. The size of the rooms was great and the terrace had an amazing view. The location is great.
