Little Banks Barn was a fabulous stay. The cabin itself was spotless and a home from home! Would love to visit in the winter time as would be so cosy and festive!

It was a beautiful, self-contained cabin with our own private courtyard set amongst a perfectly maintained garden.
Wendy was a fabulous hostess who, when we arrived a couple of hours before check-in, directed us to Smugglers Road in the New Forest, which was the perfect first-time experience of what the New Forest has to offer for my husband.
Nothing not to like, it was perfect for us.

I loved that it was very clean, comfortable and felt homely. It was a lovely cosy place to stay for a weekend away. especially for couples. we stayed for a chilled birthday weekend.
The host was chatty and kind, very thoughtful and welcoming.
I loved that there was lots of blankets and it was warm especially as it’s winter, I love the patio and the views.. it would have been lovely in the summer months to have a nice drink at the table.
the decor was my cup of tea, really nice and very modern but quirky at the same time.
I would most definitely stay again in the future if I’m in the area or wanting a lovely little get away <3
I didn’t take many photos, only of the decorations I put up. it looked very cute !
the only improvements would be a more powerful shower but it’s a barn so you can’t have it all and the lovely lady said about it on arrival but it would of been nice to have that luxury
and also a hob but again I don’t know if it’s possible but could maybe supply an electric hob or something along those lines it would then be easier to make home cooked food especially as it’s the type of stay that you want to stay in go for a nice long walk and make some food at “home” but that’s if I’m being really picky as there is a microwave, kettle etc.
but it didn’t affect the stay it was still a lovely little getaway.

We loved the terrace! The accommodation was very clean and exactly what we wanted. Loved that the hosts gave us some snacks and made us very welcome. The location is great to access lovely walks and bike rides in the new forest. Thank you for having us!

Friendly straight forward check in. Quiet, relaxing location with plenty of private parking. Warm, cosy, clean accommodation in a well maintained cabin with all the necessary facilities. We had everything we needed for our 2 night stay visiting family.

Cottage was very comfortable, very clear and provided most things for a sort stay. It was very nicely decorated and felt like home.
I think you could only stay here for a short while because there isn't a hob or cooker. The kettle, toaster and microwave were great but you could only buy microwave meals so a small cooker/hob would add to the cottage.

A very peaceful and cosy place to stay. Close to Ringwood town centre and good location for exploring the Forest. Wendy was very helpful and friendly and the breakfast basket was very welcome.
There is just a microwave, I think a cooker would be a useful addition.

The hosts were amazing, especially Wendy. Nothing was too much trouble and made us feel very welcome. The accommodation was lovely, couldn't fault one thing. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Comfortable, light, clean accommodation with a nice view of gardens and a field with horses in. Good parking. Friendly host. Local pub is good. A good base for touring the New Forest and surrounding area (and the number of horses and donkeys we saw was amazing - much more than we expected - which was great !). Terrace area very nice. Very good welcome pack.
No hob or oven makes cooked meal options limited - but this is clear from the description so it's a feature to be aware of rather than a complaint and there are various places to eat nearby.

Wendy was so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast pack was a lovely touch and so handy! Little Banks Barn is gorgeous and has the most comfortable bed. Everything was so well thought of, we would love to visit again!

Beautiful comfy accommodation within a short drive to Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and the New Forest. Lovely breakfast hamper provided on arrival with fresh milk and bread. Very friendly and helpful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Would 100% recommend

The barn was uber clean and very peaceful, with a lovely private patio. Wendy and Phil are a relaxed couple who made us very welcome. All in all the perfect location for exploring the western side of the forest or the local seaside.

The property was lovely and like a home from home! Wendy was lovely greeted us and let us in when we arrived late Friday evening and showed us round. There were nibbles like shortbread, bread, jam, butter and other bits which were a lovely touch. Will be back to explore more of the new forest! Thank you!
