Felt very homely, to the point that I felt I should take my shoes off walking in the front door. the room itself was fantastic, clean, warm and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was exceptional, very clean and modern

Great location for the New Forest. Amazing value for money, very good facilities. Rooms were amazing and very clean, attention to detail was fab. Hosts Mark & Sabine were very attentive, couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was fantastic.

An incredible 2 night stay at this outstanding B&B. Mark & Sabine were superb hosts who made us feel welcome and at home. The room we stayed in was spacious and finished to a very high standard. Mark knows the local area very well and helped us decide where to visit during our stay and recommended some lovely local restaurants. Sabines breakfast was just simply perfect, I haven’t had a breakfast that good in years, it’s worth staying just for the breakfast alone! Sabine even made us Chelsea buns for our trip back. Overall we had an amazing and relaxing stay made all the more special by Mark & Sabine. This has to be considered one of the best B&B’s in the UK, it’s certainly the best we have ever stayed in.

Warm welcome, lovely house, beautifully appointed room and bathroom, superb breakfast, good chat with hosts, within easy reach of New Forest.

The breakfast is incredible. Sabine baked gluten-free muffins and pastries and offered an incredible selection of savoury dishes. We were spoiled rotten and deeply impressed by the standard and selection.

I could not find a single flaw with this accommodation. Anyone staying here will be well taken care of in every aspect.

perfect location to visit the amazing area with off road parking .. hosts Mark & Sabrina super accommodating and make you feel as though your home away from home .. That plus a truly proper breakfast that sets you up for the day and very nice rooms to relax after a long day exploring the amazing countryside ..

Lovely, friendly hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Excellent facilities, comfy bed, one of the best breakfasts we've ever had! Gorgeous decor throughout with thoughtful finishing touches that really make it a special stay. Location is good, 20 minute walk from the highstreet which is packed with restaurants.

The hosts were great. The room/bathroom was amazing, great size and super comfy! As for the breakfast we'd come back again just for that! Worth every penny!

I don't know where to start. The most beautifully restored Georgian shooting lodge. Every detail has been taken in to consideration. The bed was huge, comfy and luxurious. The bathroom, wow. Tiles stunning, shower powerful, and bathroom products, locally made and gorgeous. The breakfast was the best we've ever had. Fresh local produce, made with real care and attention. Mark and Sabine really are the perfect hosts.

2 chairs in bedroom, had to take it in turns to sit comforftably.

Good clean room, high quality fittings and furnishings. Excellent breakfast - too much to eat! Very friendly, approachable and informative owners.

Pillows a bit too large and hard for us, but that's of course personal preference.

First class Breakfast (room lovely and spacious great bathroom facilities and cleanliness top rate) we would more than happily to recommend it.
