Nice place location good staff helpful

it was almost a home away from home

not being able to regulate the hot water was extremely hot, and the cold was ice cold. on the last day I realized if you run the sink faucet you can get shower water acceptable to bathe and feel comfortable in. the bathroom looks nice though. A studio is not a one bedroom I was extremely disappointed about that. the roaches that visited on the final few days were unacceptable. I was advised exterminator came the week prior. I had to ask for a broom to sweep daily and a mop. I only got a broom no dust pan no mop. the property workers put down red dirt outside which was dragged on the veranda in the house and no one cleaned and I was not provided with the resources to do so. towards the end of my stay a family stayed in the unit beside us with a good amount of people and they would cause the place to get dirty and wouldn’t clean or couldn’t clean. the last night the property mgr had someone unknown person park in our spot which prevented us from doing what we had in mind due to the inconvenience. late that same night the property manager moved the unknown car himself. the bottle of wine I received for my birthday was nice and appreciated. when I tried to explain this to the exiting host she advised she would communicate my suggestion. but what hurts is I paid for a one bedroom not a studio and was advised by Sheldon my inappropriate host it was a one bedroom.

A member of the staff was waiting for us upon arrival at the time we had pre-arranged. They not only provided us the keys but also gave us a walk through of the property. The CTBH staff are extremely friendly, responsive and professional. The spaces are absolutely beautiful (even better than in the photos!), modernly designed and well ammenitized - perfect for our group of 6 traveling together. Wifi was great, TVs worked like a charm and we felt very safe and secure. Sheldon is an attentive host who responded to all of our questions/requests within minutes. I couldn't recommend this apartment more.

It was clean and modern

The location is too far away for a resort type vibe & the pay is nearly equal if not double the trouble, definitely wouldn’t ever recommend anyone checking in here other than a local of Kingston Jamaica🙏🏽

The place was beautiful, spacious and clean. The host was very attentive and friendly. Even recommended a restaurant for my family and I to dine at, which was a very good choice. Will definitely recommend and visit again. Thank you for everything

Safe neighborhood. Beautiful grounds. Centralized location. Hosts were great!!! Sheldon made sure that Anything we needed was just a keystroke away!
