I wanted to reach out and share my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at one of your TowerVans caravan properties. To be honest, it was quite a shock to discover that there were absolutely no bed covers, pillow cases, duvet covers, or towels provided when I arrived. It's safe to say that this lack of communication about essential amenities caused a lot of unnecessary inconvenience and ended up costing me extra. I kindly request that you look into this matter and take immediate action and mediate with a resolution for the unexpected expenses I had to incur due to the absence of these basic supplies.

They didn't try and claim a deposit or extra fees.

The Caravan I was put in seemed a bit old.

The main bedrooms bed wasn't comfy did my back in like been out at sea everytine u turned over u nearly fell out Definately needs a new mattress u sunk into it The smell when we 1st walked into it a fusty smell

That was our very first experience with caravan parks and we are impressed in all good ways 😃

Only the weather was bad

The caravan was nice & clean .warm & comfortable. The tavern pub was great . Sunday lunch was very nice .

Dont usely book pet freindly and know now why i dont has there was dog hairs and smelly

Due to conditions the staff were very helpful. lack of entertainment but plenty of fishing definitely go again
