Breakfast was lovely, staff really friendly. Bedroom very comfortable.

Radiators were off when we arrived. First night we spent cold. Radiators were sorted by second day.

The staff and breakfast were lovely, we also had a decent night sleep. Only 35 mins from seals which is great

Extremely basic, we didn't really want to use the shower in the morning so only suitable for 1 night

Room equipped with both microwave and fridge. Really comfortable bed. Breakfast was great, the staff friendly and helpful. Great out-of-season stay. Nice shower in a big bathroom. Off-street parking.

Really lovely staff and atmosphere, great location near the main area but far enough not to be noisy.

Staff was warm, welcoming, & helpful. Rooms were clean. The self catering apartment was spacious. Short walk to restaurants and to the beach.

Small showers and older fixtures. Could do with some updating. Not good for people who can’t do lots of stairs. We could hear neighbors above us.

Breakfast was very nice and we managed to get parked straight away. Room was spacious.

Check in could have been a little earlier.

Friendly B&B handy for the seafront with parking. Freshly cooked breakfast with good choice of cereals and juice. Room rather small but had a fridge, kettle and microwave.

Floorboards in corridors were extremely noisy, and water pipes were also very noisy. Bed was a little uncomfortable but was OK for a single night.

The staff were lovely and the cooked breakfast was delicious. Parking was great too The room and apartment were clean and in a good location, can not fault the staff.

The stay in the apartment was slightly different to the stay in the room as the apartment had very noisy guests above and you could hear a lot of noise during the night but not the hotels fault at all.

Excellent value for money. Spacious well equipped family room. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choice. Extremely clean. Location is excellent

The interior is a little dated but excellent value for money so cannot complain.

Good value for money only downside for me was I messaged a few months before and asked if there was many stairs as I use a walker told not many you are on first floor got there and was on top floor struggled with the stairs but couldn't fault the hotel breakfast was good value

Location. Layout of room suited our family.

Finding other guests litter under the bed. Smoking shelter is right beneath the family room window. On a hot night when we needed the window open, it was a choice between over heating or the strong smell of smoke.

Fantastic location just around the corner from Queens Park, where we also rented a beach hut and enjoyed the quieter side of Mablethorpe beach. On the same road you’ve got plenty of choices for food. You’ve also got the arcades on the next street with access to the busier side of Mablethorpe beach. Friendly staff at the hotel, nice big room for us all which was good for the price. The breakfast was excellent and enjoyed all round!

We couldn’t get the WiFi to work on any of our devices, but we did forget to mention it to staff to see if they could get it working. Floor boards were a bit squeaky and the bathroom was small but it worked for us for a short stay.
